Join us for an Erasmus+ job shadowing visit at Tenerife Courses in Tenerife from 20–23 October (or later on).

Spend some days observing how we use active learning methodologies, exchanging experiences with our team and discovering how we organise Erasmus+ mobility projects.

Through observation and discussions, you will get an insight into our methods and working practices, while sharing your own experience and ideas with us.

A chance to learn from another organisation, see different approaches in practice and take new ideas back to your own work.

With our Erasmus+ KA2 project, we created a free online course on non-verbal methods for social inclusion and group cohesion. It includes practical activities using movement, body language, games and facial expressions ready to use with your learners.

The online course is available in English, Spanish and French, with video tutorials and 30 practical activities, ice-breakers and energizers.

During our courses participants do practical activities, team challenges and interactive workshops. But the Erasmus+ course is also about getting to know the local culture and having authentic cultural experiences. Bajamar is a beautiful coastal place in the north of Tenerife, perfect for learning outside the classroom.

Participants took part in outdoor activities with improvisation, games and movement to build group connection, teamwork and social inclusion.

Yesterday was a long but inspiring day for the participants, with an immersive outdoor education experience in the Anaga UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and cultural trip at Teide National Park. They explored how outdoor settings, local culture and intangible heritage can shape learning, using storytelling and heritage interpretation along the way.

The Clouds is a simple warm-up activity that takes just 5 minutes and helps create movement, energy and group cohesion. Participants walk around the room with music, and when it stops, they must stand on a sheet of paper; little by little, the space becomes smaller until the whole group has to fit together on one sheet.

It is an easy, playful exercise with no language needed, ideal for starting a class and encouraging physical activity, attention and teamwork.

Yesterday, after the theory session in Artificial Intelligence, our Erasmus+ participants joined practical group games to build teamwork and social inclusion. They also learned how to lead and use these activities with their own learners.
