🌿📅 On October 25th, our Lithuanian partners hosted an engaging multiplier event!

The event featured 8 detailed theoretical presentations on key topics, such as communication challenges with individuals with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities, stress management strategies, the shadows of childhood traumas in the adult world, and forest therapy. 🌳✨ Of course, we also presented our project and shared its results! 💡

After the theory, participants dived into 6 practical workshops that brought these concepts to life. 🧠💪 The feedback of the event was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how much valuable knowledge and practical examples they gained.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this day so special! 🙌😊

The last face-to-face meeting of the -ADU project has taken place in Sofia (Bulgaria). We are in the final stretch of the project, that's why we have been reviewing the SPOOC, the database, the application created and its content, among other aspects such as the development of the multiplier events, analysis of results and everything related to dissemination.
