🌿 EcoFacilitAction. Days 11 to 13 🌍
During the last days of the training course, we moved into the more social and relational part of the process.
We explored the importance of communication, how we express ourselves and how we make decisions together. Through theatre, role play and group dynamics, we reflected on the communication styles we use the most and on how we want to contribute not only to more sustainable territories, but also to healthier and more caring relationships and communities 💬✨
We also worked in peer groups to explore how we can bring everything we learned into our own contexts ( youth work, professional projects and everyday life). Together, we designed dissemination actions, reflected on our learning process through the Youthpass and the 9 key competences, and connected all the experiences and activities we lived throughout the project 🌱
And finally, we said goodbye the way every great Erasmus+ project deserves: with a motivated, emotional and deeply connected group ❤️
