Dejamos aquí el testimonio de Idoia, tras participar en el WorkLab HATS-OFF, de nuestras partners , la segunda actividad del proyecto Upside Down🤩

"Cinco días de WorkLab durante los cuales nos adentramos en nuestro mundo interior para trabajar los recursos personales de que ya disponemos, así como aspectos de autorregulación y auto-empatía, a la vez que la cooperación y el trabajo en equipo a través de actividades en plena naturaleza, el movimiento corporal y el arte. Todo ello en un entorno magnífico, tanto por el paisaje como por la gente del grupo, que hicieron de este proyecto una experiencia increíble de crecimiento personal y profesional. Sin duda, una oportunidad única para ayudarnos a conocernos a nosotros mismos, y, así, para poder seguir trabajando y ayudando a los demás".

🎬 Cuando el movimiento se convierte en mensaje: descubre el resultado de Make Your Move!

¿Qué ocurre cuando jóvenes de diferentes países europeos se reúnen para expresarse a través de la danza y la creatividad audiovisual? El resultado son historias que inspiran, emocionan y hacen reflexionar.

Durante el intercambio juvenil Make Your Move!, financiado por el programa Erasmus+ y organizado por Olde Vechte Foundation en Ommen (Países Bajos), jóvenes de España, Países Bajos, Estonia, Bulgaria, Italia, República Checa y Grecia exploraron el movimiento como herramienta de expresión, comunicación y transformación social.

A través de talleres de danza, creatividad y videomaking, las personas participantes desarrollaron nuevas habilidades y crearon una serie de cortometrajes en los que abordan temas sociales relevantes desde su propia perspectiva. El cuerpo, el movimiento y la cámara se convirtieron en un lenguaje común capaz de superar fronteras y conectar culturas.

🌿 EcoFacilitAction. Days 11 to 13 🌍

During the last days of the training course, we moved into the more social and relational part of the process.

We explored the importance of communication, how we express ourselves and how we make decisions together. Through theatre, role play and group dynamics, we reflected on the communication styles we use the most and on how we want to contribute not only to more sustainable territories, but also to healthier and more caring relationships and communities 💬✨

We also worked in peer groups to explore how we can bring everything we learned into our own contexts ( youth work, professional projects and everyday life). Together, we designed dissemination actions, reflected on our learning process through the Youthpass and the 9 key competences, and connected all the experiences and activities we lived throughout the project 🌱

And finally, we said goodbye the way every great Erasmus+ project deserves: with a motivated, emotional and deeply connected group ❤️

to the participants, the kitchen team, the facilitators, the organisers, and the beautiful space that hosted us in Vilaboa.

This was much more than a training course, it was a collective experience of learning, care and transformation 🌿
