🌍✨ Gabriella & Maxim in Palma de Mallorca!

From 2 to 7 October, Gabriella and Maxim joined "OLTRE GLI STEREOTIPI” project, funded by the Italian National Agency INDIRE and hosted in Spain by Education In Progress. 🇮🇹🇪🇸

Their mobility was an opportunity to explore how inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities can be promoted through everyday experiences, cultural activities and creative learning. 💙

Throughout their stay, they took part in a variety of activities:

💃 Intergenerational Zumba with — sharing movement, energy and fun with people of different ages, challenging stereotypes and celebrating participation.

🇬🇧 English conversation class with .garcia — practising communication, building confidence and connecting with others in an inclusive learning environment.

🎭 Theatre performance on gender inclusion — reflecting on gender stereotypes, discrimination and the importance of creating respectful and safe spaces for everyone.

🎨 Visit to — discovering how art, education and culture can promote wellbeing, personal expression and transformation, while inspiring more inclusive educational practices.

Each experience offered a different perspective on how we can go beyond stereotypes, recognise diversity as a strength and create opportunities for everyone to participate without fear of judgement or exclusion. 🌈

Because inclusion is not just a concept to discuss — **it is something we practise through the way we communicate, learn, create and relate to one another.** 🤝✨

🌍✨ Emma & Antonella in Palma de Mallorca!

From 9 to 14 June, Emma and Antonella joined us in Palma de Mallorca as part of the “OLTRE GLI STEREOTIPI” project, funded by the Italian National Agency INDIRE and hosted in Spain by Education In Progress. 🇮🇹🇪🇸

Their mobility was a journey through creativity, inclusion, accessibility and intercultural learning, with activities that encouraged them to meet people, discover new perspectives and experience diversity in different ways.

🎨 Cyanotype workshop — discovering how art can become a bridge between cultures, creativity and shared stories.

💃 Intergenerational Zumba with — taking part in an inclusive activity bringing together people of different ages and backgrounds, while challenging stereotypes about who can participate.

🚲 Visit to — discovering how tourism and mobility can be made more accessible, with city tours by bicycle and Segway.

🗺️ “Map of the Self” workshop with — exploring identity, personal experiences and self-expression through art, creating a space for reflection, sharing and mutual understanding.

Every activity offered a different way of looking at inclusion — from accessibility and intergenerational participation to cultural expression and personal identity.

Because going beyond stereotypes means discovering that there is never just one way to learn, communicate, participate or experience the world. 🌱💙

🌍✨ Itzi & Miranda in Palma de Mallorca!

From 4 to 9 June, Itzi and Miranda joined us in Palma de Mallorca as part of the “OLTRE GLI STEREOTIPI” project, funded by the Italian National Agency INDIRE and hosted in Spain by Education In Progress. 🇮🇹🇪🇸

During their mobility, they experienced Palma not just as visitors, but as active participants in a programme designed to promote inclusion, intercultural learning, diversity and participation.

🎥 They also created a promotional video to share their experience and help communicate the values of the project.

And they got involved in a variety of activities:

Together with .garcia had:
🇬🇧 English conversation class — practising communication and meeting people from different backgrounds.

🇪🇸 Spanish conversation class — discovering the language and getting closer to the local community.

💃 and with , Intergenerational Zumba — moving, having fun and sharing an inclusive space with people of different ages and backgrounds.

🌈 “COLOR DEL MON” – National Geographic exhibition — exploring diversity and different perspectives of the world through photography and visual storytelling.

Their mobility was a reminder that learning can happen everywhere: in a classroom, through movement, through art, through conversation and through the people we meet along the way. 💙

✨ What an incredible evening! ✨

Our event dedicated to Srečko Kosovel was a great success, bringing together artists, students, educators, and members of the local community in a shared celebration of poetry, creativity, and cultural exchange. 🎭📖🎨

Through readings, visual art, personal testimonies, and the documentary created during the residency, Kosovel's words resonated far beyond borders and generations. 🌍💫 His vision, sensitivity, and artistic spirit touched many hearts within the Mallorcan community. ❤️

The title of our project was The Unknown, but after this journey, we can proudly say that Kosovel is no longer "the unknown." 🌟 His voice has found new listeners, new interpreters, and new admirers here in Mallorca. 🏝️📚

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and shared this unforgettable experience with us. 🙏✨ This is exactly what cultural exchange is about: building bridges, creating dialogue, and keeping art alive. 🤝🌱🎶

🌿✨ Tomorrow is the day!

After months of preparation, creativity, and collaboration, the event *“Srečko Kosovel: Poems to the World”* is finally here.

We are ready to welcome you into a space where poetry, scenography, cyanotype art, and documentary storytelling come together to celebrate the voice and legacy of Srečko Kosovel.

Thanks to the collaboration with ŠC Srečka Kosovela Sežana, Gimnazija in ekonomska šola and all the partners involved, tomorrow we will open the doors to a unique international experience where art becomes a bridge between cultures and generations.

We can’t wait to share this moment with you.

🌿💙 Creativity is in full bloom!

The Visual Merchandising students are continuing the production of cyanotype artworks that will become part of the scenography for the event "Srečko Kosovel: Poems to the World" on June 11.

Inspired by nature, poetry, and the unique blue tones of the cyanotype process, each piece contributes to creating an immersive visual experience that will accompany the audience through the world of Srečko Kosovel.

Behind every artwork lies a combination of creativity, teamwork, and dedication. As the event approaches, the scenography is gradually taking shape, transforming ideas into a poetic landscape of light, nature, and art.

We can't wait to share the final result with you! ✨

🎬🌿💙 Final preparations are underway!

We are now finalizing the artworks, preparing the gifts for our guests, and beginning the recording of the poems by Srečko Kosovel.

The event “Srečko Kosovel: Poems to the World” is just around the corner — only a few days left. The energy is high, the work is intense, and everything is coming together step by step.

The weekend is almost here, and with it, the beginning of something we have been preparing for a long time.

🎬🌿💙 The journey continues!

Following our first creative cyanotype workshops, our project dedicated to Srečko Kosovel is entering a new and exciting phase. These days, we are working on the scenography that will accompany the event "Srečko Kosovel: Poems to the World", transforming light, nature, and poetry into visual elements that reflect the spirit of his artistic universe.

At the same time, work is progressing on the documentary that will capture testimonies, images, and meaningful moments from this journey, helping to share the life, vision, and legacy of one of Slovenia’s most remarkable poets with an international audience.

Each meeting adds a new piece to this collaborative project, where art, memory, and culture come together across borders. We look forward to sharing the results of this inspiring creative adventure with you.
