¿ Por qué no estamos a favor del proyecto de planta solar fotovoltaica de Disposol 4MWP ?
Nos preocupa la Naturaleza, la economía, los bienes comunes y la ética.
- La obras de instalación y conexión a la red general causarán daños importantes tanto para la vida salvaje de la zona como para la flora presente.
- Este proyecto de pequeña dimensión "esconde" otras fases para ampliar la capacidad. Esto se relaciona con “fragmentar” un proyecto para conseguirlo más fácilmente sin tener que pasar por la Evaluación Ambiental Ordinaria (Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico).

- Los terrenos y propiedades cercanas a la planta verán su valor afectado.

- Numerosos vecin@s verán dañadas sus fincas, sus olivos centenarios, manantiales… y, aunque esto no solucionaría el problema, tampoco recibirán compensación económica.
- Varios restos arqueológicos estarán amenazados por las obras (entre otros: camino real de Órgiva a Torvizcó, zócalo de una torre del siglo XVI)
- Las carreteras afectadas se verán debilitadas y obstruídas impidiendo el uso para los vehículos de emergencia.
- Daño paisajístico al destruir la vega de Tíjola y el llano del Enjambre.
- ninguna creación de empleo

Why are we against the Disposol 4MWP photovoltaic solar plant project?
We are concerned about its consequences for nature, the economy, common goods and ethical.
- The solar installation and excavation line connecting to the general network will cause significant damage to the area’s wildlife and will be particularly damaging to Tíjola valley and the valley El Enjambre.
- Besides this solar plant, another one is already planned and submitted. Do not be fooled by the small scale of the project. It “hides" the capacity to expand. Such "fragmentation" of a project is done in order to pass it more easily without having to go through the Ordinary Environmental Assessment (Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge).

- The land and properties near the plant will see their value diminished.

- Numerous citizens will have their properties damaged (their land, crops, some century-old olive trees will need to be cut, springs are possibly affected...). Moreover, no financial compensation is provided for the expropriation of land or damages, even though such compensation would not solve any of the issues we have with the project.
- damage or destruction to archaeological remains such as the ancient road between Órgiva and Torvizcón , and the base of a 16th century tower.
- The supply roads might be weakened and obstructed, preventing the use of emergency vehicles.
