As we reach the final chapter of our series "Faith in the Body", we return to the very heart of the work founded by Alexander Lowen: In a world that often asks us to move faster, disconnect, or ignore our inner signals, choosing to have faith in our own nature is a profound act of courage. It is not about reaching an end point; it is about trusting the rhythm of your own body and the intelligence of your feelings as you move through life.

In our latest "Faith in Your Body" episode, Dr. Len Carlino reflects on what it was like to work with the founder of Bioenergetic Analysis, Alexander Lowen. He describes the experience like being "tuned" like an instrument; a testament to the power of grounding.

As our modality has evolved, so has the relationship between therapist and client. While we remain deeply rooted in Alexander Lowen's work, we now place an even greater focus on the relational, collaborative journey.

Today, we view therapy not as a therapist "tuning" a client. Through "interactive emotional regulation," we create a space where the therapist’s own grounded, authentic presence becomes the bridge to healing. 🌿
