¿Crees que el trail es todo épica, cumbres y velocidad? 🏔️⚡

Pues venimos a desmontarte esa idea… 😏

El trail también son risas, sudor, piedras en las zapatillas, momentos de sufrimiento y, por supuesto ¡Fotos increíbles! 📸😂

Y ahora, que levante la mano quien ha hecho amigos haciendo deporte. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Porque correr por la montaña no solo va de superar kilómetros y desnivel. Va de compartir, de conocer gente, de echar unas risas y de crear recuerdos que se quedan mucho después de cruzar la meta.

🚨 ¿Y si hacemos un reto Ranger de Verano?

Los verdaderos Rangers nunca dejan de entrenar… ¡solo cambian el terreno de juego! 🌊🌴

🎯 Tu misión de hoy es completar este circuito:

🌊 10 saltos de ola🏃 20 pasos de cangrejo por la arena🍉 Lleva una sandía (o un balón) hasta la toalla sin que se caiga💦 Esquiva los chorros de agua como un auténtico ninja😂 Y termina con... ¡tu mejor salto de alegría! y si acaba en el agua... ¡Mejor que mejor!

True Rangers never stop training… they just change their playground! 🌊🌴

🎯 Your mission today is to complete this circuit:

🌊 10 wave jumps
🏃 20 crab walks through the sand
🍉 Carry a watermelon (or a ball) to the towel without dropping it
💦 Dodge the water jets like a real ninja
😂 And finish with... your best victory jump! Bonus points if you splash into the water!

¿A qué distancia le toca correr a tu peque en Sierra Blanca Rangers? 🏃‍♂️💨✨

En la cantera del trail todo está pensado para que disfruten de la montaña a su ritmo, desde los más chiquitines hasta los que ya casi nos ganan corriendo 😉⛰️.

➡️ Aquí tienes el mapa de distancias según la edad:

🐣 Pollitos (4 a 5 años): Recorrido súper corto y divertido. ¡Su primera toma de contacto con la tierra y la aventura!

🌱 Prebenjamines (6 a 7 años): 1,2 km. Un paseíto con ritmo para empezar a soltar piernas.

⚡ Benjamines (8 a 9 años): 2,15 km. ¡Aquí ya se empieza a notar la energía ranger!

🔥 Alevines (10 a 11 años): 3,1 km. Terreno aventurero y pura diversión entre árboles.

🚀 Infantiles (12 a 13 años): 3,84 km. Para los que ya le han cogido el gusto a subir cuestas.

🏆 Cadetes (14 a 16 años): 8 km. ¡Auténtico reto de montaña para los más mayores de la casa! 💪

🫶Lo importante no es el cronómetro, ¡sino las zapatillas llenas de barro, los amigos y la sonrisa al cruzar la meta! 🏅

Which distance is your little one running at Sierra Blanca Rangers? 🏃‍♂️💨✨

In our trail academy, everything is designed for them to enjoy the mountains at their own pace—from the tiny tots to those who can almost beat us in a sprint! 😉⛰️

➡️ Here is the distance guide by age category:

🐣 Pollitos / Chicks (Ages 4 to 5): A super short, fun loop. Their very first taste of dirt and adventure!

🌱 Prebenjamines (Ages 6 to 7): 1.2 km. A snappy little run to get those legs moving.

⚡ Benjamines (Ages 8 to 9): 2.15 km. Now that Ranger energy is really starting to show!

🔥 Alevines (Ages 10 to 11): 3.1 km. Adventurous terrain and pure fun among the trees.

🚀 Infantiles (Ages 12 to 13): 3.84 km. For those who have already developed a taste for tackling hills.

🏆 Cadetes (Ages 14 to 16): 8 km. A genuine mountain challenge for the oldest kids in the house! 💪
