RED CROSS SUCCESS!
Our hidden heroes have outdone themselves this year. Thanks to your participation and donations, we smashed the initial target of 10,000 euros, reaching an incredible 11,534 €! An achievement that wont go unnoticed.

We want to give a special thank you to the PTA (Su & Christine) for their support and dedication to this campaign. Furthermore, a huge thanks to Mrs Bromley for her generous support, which played an integral part to our fundraiser!

We want to give a special shoutout to all those who took part in the Ice Bucket Challenge and Teacher Sponging. Heather, Miss Nicola, and Mr Kieran were our money magnets. And thank you to the Sixth Form for turning our ideas into reality.

Don't forget that all Polar Bear challenge donations will also go towards the Christmas Food Bank Appeal!

*Important info about tomorrow ( Friday)*.
Be our Hidden Hero!

100% of your donations will go towards providing vouchers to give local families in desperate need, some food and essential household items eg baby milk , nappies during the Christmas period. For many local families this can be a bleak time.

1) *Ice bucket 🪣 challenge*
Deadline to vote is today at 4.15 pm. Students will watch this live tomorrow on the pitch at 9 am. It will also be streamed via Instagram so Parents can watch also .

2) *Break the Rules Day* Students to come to school wearing what they want in exchange for a donation. Please send your donation in the morning to the class teacher /tutor . Alternatively please use our go fund me link . https://gofund.me/7547e2479

*Wednesday Red Cross Activities*

Anything but a bag! Please bring in a donation, every little helps, if you want to take part in *Anything but a bag!* Bring your school things in.. you've guessed it in anything but a bag! A pillowcase, a duvet, a bin, a golf caddy or even a microwave it's up to you!

Wednesday afternoon will feature the *GRINCH* 4pm to 5.45pm, bring your €10 in the morning to include popcorn and a drink to your teacher or tutor and they will take your name. Primary students will be brought to the hall directly from class!

Tuesday
• Sponge-the-Teachers: Miss Nicola, Mr Sutcliffe, Mr Edwards, and brave others
• 1 euro per sponge at break and lunch time
• Movie Afternoon: A Boy Called Christmas
• Tickets: 10 euros
• Start: 15:45
• Pick-up: 17:30
Wednesday
• Anything-But-a-Bag Day: Bring your belongings in… anything else (for a donation).
• Movie Afternoon: How the Grinch Stole Christmas
• Tickets: 10 euros
• Start: 16:00
• Pick-up: 17:45

Thursday
• Sponge-the-Teachers (Round Two): Same heroes, same soggy fate - break and lunch time
• Bake Sale / Tuck Shop: Break time

Friday
• Break-the-Rules Day: Non-uniform, powered by donations and mild anarchy
• Ice Bucket Challenge 9 am.

*Extra Movie Information*
Students should bring in their €10 tomorrow morning if they want to come to the movie. The teachers will collect the money and add their name to the list. Teachers will bring the students to the hall at the end of the school day and parents can collect them from the hall at 17.45.
