MAD for Europe is an international no-profit organization established as a reference
training institution in Madrid - capital of Spain, cultural and financial centre of the country, as well as one of the most animated and liveable cities in the world. The organization is active in the labour market and in the fields of education, training and youth.

We are specialized in Cultural development, European mobility projects, Intercultural and linguistic Learning and we operate with National and European programs (Erasmus + KA1/KA2, Lifelong Learning Programme, Horizon 2020, Europe for Citizens, EYF, Creative Europe), the European Social Fund and many international cultural networks. Our team consists of young dynamic professionals, with many year

s of experience both in EU mobility projects and in Human Resources, working with a strong national and international network of agencies, companies, schools, training centres, universities and many public or private entities. This allow us to complete any kind of mobility project, providing high quality internship and study programs, training courses for teachers and staff, job shadowing, seminars and professional or technical visits, language courses, according to the European Quality Charter for Mobility.

MAD for Europe is able to provide multiple services: airport transfer, orientation meetings, accurate monitoring, accommodation, local transports, 24 hours emergency support, cultural and sports activities, final report, certificates and Europass.

Our extensive involvement in international mobility and in cultural development is a guarantee of quality and professionalism that we provide to our participants’ experiences.

Depending on the type and the duration of the mobility project we can offer various options:

- Work placement or internships in all working areas. We are part of a wide network of companies, enterprises, public bodies, educational institutions, cultural operators... established in our city and region, then, there will be no problem in organizing and coordinating the placements for your students.

- A training program of Technical and Professional Visits to companies, enterprises, organizations, etc.. related to different areas.

- A training program of Job Shadowing and Seminars with experts and technicians that will be developed before arrival taking into account all needs and requests:

-Training Courses of 1 or 2 weeks. We work with qualified teachers and experts in many different fields, so we are able to organize any kind of specific or technical course about different subjects.

After weeks of internships across hospitals, veterinary clinics, kindergartens, and creative spaces, other students are heading home with way more than experience on paper.

They arrived curious, and ready to learn. They leave proud of what they’ve lived, and of how much they’ve grown along the way. Every place added something different to their journey: skills, yes, but also confidence, perspective, and so many incredible moments.

A huge thank you to all the professionals who welcomed them, guided them, trusted them, and shared their everyday work with patience and generosity. They truly made this experience unforgettable!

Last week, MAD for Europe had the privilege of participating in the first BESIS Forum in Zaragoza, an intersting initiative bringing together organisations, experts and changemakers committed to innovation, sustainability and social impact.

The event provided a great opportunity to strengthen our European and international network, exchange best practices, and explore innovative ideas capable of generating meaningful and lasting impact across communities.
Engaging discussions with representatives from European institutions, funding bodies and international organisations reinforced the importance of collaboration, scalability and long term vision in building successful initiatives that go beyond project lifecycles.
We return inspired, with new friends and partnerships, fresh perspectives and exciting opportunities for future cooperation. Together, we can transform great ideas into sustainable actions with real impact across Europe and beyond.

Remember the Italian teachers who came to Madrid for the Job Shadowing experience within the Erasmus+ programme? 🇪🇺

We could not miss mentioning one of the most interesting and unique visits, which allowed them not only to discover new perspectives, but also to bring new ideas and inspiration back to their school in Italy.
We are talking about Punto Centro Cultural del Gusto, a cultural center dedicated to gastronomy and food culture. It combines a specialized culinary bookstore with a space for workshops, tastings, courses, and events focused on cooking and food education. The center promotes food knowledge and creativity through professional and educational activities, often hosting chefs, authors, and industry experts. It is a reference point in Madrid for anyone interested in discovering different types of cuisine, where creativity and gastronomy meet.

New city, new people, new beginnings. 🇩🇪✈️🇪🇸

We are happy to welcome a new group of German trainees who have just arrived to begin their journey in the hospitality industry. For many of them, this is their first work experience, making this opportunity even more exciting and meaningful.
From the very beginning, they arrived motivated, curious and with a great attitude to learn and grow. During the next months, they will gain experience in different areas such as reception, bar and restaurant service, housekeeping and terrace service.
We hope this experience helps them learn as much as possible, discover new passions, build confidence and create memories that will stay with them for a long time.

Today is goodbye day for 3 amazing groups🌍

Two groups from Germany and one from Portugal have just completed their internship experience in Madrid, after spending time working and learning in different sectors such as education, kindergarten, tech, social media, dental, events and more.
Time always goes so fast and it’s nice to look back and see how much can happen in just a short period. New experiences, new skills, new students and new challenges!

At MAD for Europe we’re really happy to have received such positive feedback and even happier to see these young people leave with more confidence, knowledge and good memories from their experience.
It was a pleasure having you here and we wish you all the best for everything that comes next 🍀

And now… we’re already ready for the next adventure because in June we’ll be welcoming new students from Italy and Portugal ✈️

We were very happy to host a group of Italian teachers in Madrid for a week of job shadowing, learning, and sharing experiences together.

One of the highlights of the week was definitely our visit to IES Barajas. It was a truly inspiring experience where the teachers had the opportunity to explore the areas of Mechanics and Electrotechnics in greater depth, while also learning more about the many other vocational programmes offered by the school, including Automotive Technology, Aeromechanics, Avionics, Telecommunications, Welding, Machining, Jewelry, and Software and Application Development.

We felt incredibly welcomed from the very first moment. The staff gave us the opportunity to visit the entire school, discover their facilities and learning spaces, and better understand their way of working. We also had the chance to meet the school director and enjoy a valuable exchange of ideas, experiences, and useful advice.

A big thank you to the whole team at IES Barajas for making us feel at home and for sharing your time, knowledge, and enthusiasm with us 🇪🇸🇮🇹

Today we held a very important first consultation meeting for the UYM – Urban Youth Moves: CITY Inclusion Trails for Youth project.

We had the opportunity to bring together professionals from different fields: sports experts, social inclusion specialists, teachers, professionals working with blind and autistic youth, urban planning experts, and social support workers.
Together, we collaborated to improve and strengthen this KA2 international cooperation project focused on sport and social inclusion, with the goal of promoting youth participation through sport and urban activities.

Their contribution was truly valuable: they shared insightful feedback, practical ideas, and recommendations that we will implement in the urban trails we will develop over the coming months. We can’t wait to put these ideas into practice together with their young participants and create more inclusive, engaging, and accessible experiences for everyone.🤝

Final Day of KA1 Empathy 🤍✨

Today was the last day of our KA1 Empathy journey. We started the day with a fun treasure hunt, enjoyed lunch together in the park, and ended the evening with a beautiful certificate ceremony. 🌿🏆

These days were full of connection, understanding, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We learned from each other, shared our cultures, and grew together through empathy and friendship. 🌍💫

We leave with full hearts, grateful for every moment and every person we met along the way. This may be the end of the project, but the memories and lessons will stay with us forever. 💙

Today was all about creativity, self-expression, and inner balance

In the morning, participants explored and expressed their emotions through art, turning feelings into beautiful creations. Afterwards, teamwork and imagination came together as they designed a logo that represents the spirit of our project

To end the day, we slowed down and reconnected with ourselves during a mindfulness session guided by an expert 🧘‍♀️

✨ Day 2 of our KA1 Empathy project! ✨

Today was full of learning, reflection, and creativity. In the morning, we visited the Vivero, where we had the opportunity to listen to an inspiring talk from a psychologist about empathy, emotions, and the importance of understanding others. 🧠💬

In the afternoon, we continued by discussing different topics related to empathy, sharing our ideas, experiences, and perspectives with each other.

To finish the day, we worked in teams to create awareness campaigns, using creativity to spread positive messages and encourage empathy in our communities.

Another meaningful day full of growth, connection, and new ideas! 💙
