ESN Madrid is a non-profit student organization, whose objective is to help in the development of student mobility programs. https://www.esn-spain.org/secciones

ESN Madrid is made up of the 6 main universities in the region and serves more than 10,000 international students annually. Erasnus Student Newtwork (ESN) Madrid is made up of the 6 main universities in the region (.alcala, .UAM, , .uc3m, , .urjc) . Annually we serve more than 10,000 international students in the community of Madrid with activities of all kinds. The ESNcard is the means by which our international students access our activities and discounts in more than 3,500 companies throughout Europe, from large airlines to the most remote bar. The ESNcard is acquired annually by more than 28,000 international students in Spain and has an expiration of 12 months from the date of obtaining. If you are an international student in Spain, go to your nearest section to obtain it.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s remember that every Erasmus experience is different, and every one of them is valid and worthwhile. 💚

It’s okay to feel alone, even when everyone around you seems to belong.

Starting over in a new place takes time. Be patient with yourself.

You don’t have to make plans every weekend to make the most of Erasmus.

It’s okay not to be okay, even when everything looks perfect.

You don’t have to find the right words for everything. Give yourself time.

Making a new home doesn’t mean you stop missing the one you left behind.

You’re allowed to grow at your own pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You don’t have to enjoy every moment to make your experience meaningful.

Your Erasmus story doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth telling.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Reaching out is always okay. 💚
