Hoy, en el , celebramos algo que vemos cada día en nuestros proyectos: jóvenes con historias y realidades diferentes, pero con las mismas ganas de aprender, mejorar y avanzar juntos. 🌱

Dentro y fuera del aula, en el entrenamiento o jugando en equipo, seguimos apostando por los valores, la cooperación y las oportunidades que les permitan crecer y contribuir a mejorar su entorno.

BASKET4ALL FRANCHIT UNE NOUVELLE ÉTAPE 🏀

En juillet, dans le cadre du partenariat entre Rawji Foundation et la Fondation Xcalibur, les participants de Basket4All ont suivi leurs premières formations socio-éducatives à Kinshasa.

Dispensées par The Bythiah Project et Munuma Kuyuka Nelly, travailleuse sociale, ces sessions les ont préparés à devenir des éducateurs et éducatrices en utilisant le sport comme outil. Ils vont ainsi concevoir et animer des activités de basketball auprès d’enfants de 6 à 12 ans.

Ils interviendront dans différentes écoles de Kinshasa afin de transmettre, à travers le basketball, des valeurs telles que le respect, l’inclusion, la coopération, la confiance et la responsabilité.

BASKET4ALL TAKES ANOTHER STEP FORWARD 🏀

In July, as part of the partnership between Fondation Rawji and the Xcalibur Foundation, Basket4All participants took part in their first socio-educational training sessions in Kinshasa.

Delivered by The Bythiah Project and Nelly, our social worker, these sessions are preparing them to become sports educators, using sport as a tool for learning and personal development. They will design and lead basketball activities for children aged 6 to 12.

They will work in different schools across Kinshasa, using basketball to promote values such as respect, inclusion, cooperation, confidence and responsibility.

💜 Celebrating talent, purpose and the future of women in STEM

Last week, African Science Academy celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2026 and 10 years of impact empowering young women in STEM across Africa.

For Fundación Xcalibur, it was a privilege to join this milestone alongside our colleagues of , and to continue strengthening our connection with and through , mentoring and internship opportunities at Xcalibur Smart Mapping.

⚽ En el Día Internacional del Juego, celebramos algo que en Fundación Xcalibur vemos cada día: jugar también es aprender a vivir juntos.

En nuestras escuelas sociodeportivas y proyectos comunitarios, el deporte y el juego son herramientas educativas para favorecer el desarrollo personal, la convivencia y la inclusión de niñas, niños y adolescentes.

Porque a través del fútbol, el baloncesto y las actividades comunitarias, también aprenden a confiar, compartir, respetar y construir vínculos dentro y fuera del terreno de juego 👣
