✨ ¡Así concluimos nuestro Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “How to Support Refu-Lives”! 💙🌍

📅 Día 5
Realizamos una visita educativa a La Casa Encendida de Madrid, un espacio de referencia dedicado a la cultura, la innovación social, la sostenibilidad y la participación ciudadana. Esta actividad permitió a los participantes conocer de cerca iniciativas que promueven una sociedad más inclusiva, diversa y comprometida, conectando directamente con los valores y objetivos de “How to Support Refu-Lives”.

Durante la visita, todos los participantes tuvieron sus chulísimas camisetas oficiales del proyecto y acreditaciones personales Erasmus+, convirtiendo la actividad en una oportunidad para dar visibilidad al proyecto y realizar acciones de difusión entre las personas y entidades presentes.

📅 Día 6
Dedicamos la jornada a la creación de contenidos digitales y materiales de sensibilización. Los equipos prepararon recursos audiovisuales, propuestas de difusión y herramientas que permitirán acercar el mensaje del proyecto a un mayor número de jóvenes y organizaciones.

📅 Día 7
Llegó el momento de evaluar todo el proceso vivido durante la semana, compartir las principales conclusiones y celebrar la ceremonia de entrega de los certificados Youthpass, reconociendo el aprendizaje adquirido por cada participante. También planificamos las actividades de difusión que cada equipo nacional llevará a cabo en sus países para multiplicar el impacto del proyecto.

Más allá de los talleres y actividades, este intercambio nos ha dejado algo todavía más importante: nuevas amistades, una mayor comprensión de la realidad de las personas refugiadas y la convicción de que la juventud tiene un papel fundamental en la construcción de una Europa más inclusiva, solidaria y comprometida.

Desde MadUP queremos agradecer a todas las organizaciones socias y a cada uno de los participantes por su implicación, compromiso y energía durante esta experiencia. Proyectos como este demuestran que la cooperación internacional y la educación no formal son herramientas capaces de generar un impacto real en nuestra sociedad.

🌍✨ ¡Así fue nuestro Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “How to Support Refu-Lives”! 🤝💙

Durante una semana, Madrid se convirtió en un espacio de encuentro donde 42 jóvenes de siete países europeos trabajaron juntos para reflexionar sobre uno de los mayores retos sociales de nuestro tiempo: la integración de las personas refugiadas y migrantes.

Desde el primer día, los participantes comenzaron a construir un ambiente de confianza a través de dinámicas de presentación, actividades de team building y juegos de educación no formal que permitieron crear un auténtico grupo internacional.

📅 Día 1
Nos conocimos, compartimos nuestras expectativas, presentamos el programa Erasmus+ y sentamos las bases de un espacio seguro basado en el respeto, la inclusión y la participación activa.

📅 Día 2
Profundizamos en la realidad de las personas refugiadas en Europa mediante dinámicas de sensibilización, simulaciones y debates. Los participantes analizaron las principales barreras que encuentran al llegar a un nuevo país y reflexionaron sobre cómo los jóvenes pueden contribuir a construir sociedades más inclusivas.

📅 Día 3
Trabajamos sobre empleabilidad, acceso al mercado laboral y herramientas para favorecer la integración. A través de talleres prácticos y trabajo en equipo, los participantes comenzaron a diseñar recursos útiles que pudieran servir de apoyo a jóvenes refugiados.

📅 Día 4
Visitamos diferentes espacios de interés social y cultural en Madrid para conocer iniciativas relacionadas con la inclusión, la participación ciudadana y el trabajo comunitario. La jornada permitió conectar el aprendizaje del proyecto con ejemplos reales.

Cada actividad fue una oportunidad para aprender, compartir experiencias y descubrir nuevas perspectivas desde la diversidad cultural.

🚀 Creativity, entrepreneurship and international cooperation! 🌍

Our Spanish team proudly represented MadUP in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Creative Lab", hosted in Vatra Dornei, Romania.

Together with young people from Romania, Italy, Türkiye, Poland, the Czech Republic and Spain, our participants explored the world of entrepreneurship, employability and creativity through non-formal education, teamwork and intercultural learning.

Throughout the exchange, participants developed valuable competences in communication, leadership, critical thinking, adaptability and problem-solving. From interactive business simulations and theatre activities to digital content creation and dissemination planning, every day provided new opportunities to learn, grow and collaborate.

Beyond the workshops, this experience created lifelong friendships, strengthened intercultural dialogue and demonstrated the power of Erasmus+ to connect young people across Europe.

At MadUP, we remain committed to providing international opportunities that inspire young people to become more confident, active and engaged citizens while preparing them for their future personal and professional paths.

🌍 Learning to think critically in the digital era! 📱🧠

Our Spanish team has successfully participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Scroll Check", hosted in Vatra Dornei, Romania, where young people from six European countries came together to explore one of today's biggest challenges: disinformation and fake news on social media in the age of Artificial Intelligence.

Throughout the project, our participants developed their critical thinking, media literacy, and digital competences through interactive workshops, simulations, debates, intercultural activities and teamwork. Together, we reflected on how misinformation affects our societies and learned practical tools to identify reliable information and become more responsible digital citizens.

Beyond the educational activities, this experience created new international friendships, strengthened intercultural dialogue and reinforced the importance of cooperation between young people across Europe. 🇪🇺🤝

At MadUP, we are proud to have been part of this inspiring project and to continue promoting opportunities that empower young people through non-formal education, international mobility and active participation.

🌿✨ Rural Spark | Youth Exchange | Vatra Dornei, Romania 🇷🇴 | April 6–17 2025

From the very first day in the heart of the Romanian mountains, Rural Spark became much more than just a Youth Exchange — it became a journey of connection, creativity, and discovery. 💫

Participants from different European countries came together to break the ice 🤝, build team spirit, and dive into the Erasmus+ world 🌍, exploring the realities and challenges of rural communities through powerful theatre performances 🎭 and open discussions.

As the days unfolded, creativity and reflection took center stage. The Marshmallow Challenge 🍡, personal SWOT analyses 🧠, and entrepreneurial logo design activities 💡 encouraged young people to think critically and find innovative solutions to community issues using local resources.

Nature and culture surrounded us as we explored the beautiful region of Vatra Dornei 🏞️, reconnecting with ourselves and with the environment. We also tackled topics such as cognitive biases, AI in youth work 🤖, and media literacy, creating impactful social media campaigns 📱✨ to promote critical thinking and fight misinformation.

Later, participants turned knowledge into action — designing and testing their own workshops and debates 🗣️⚡ to apply what they had learned back in their local communities. The experience culminated in powerful dissemination plans 📢, Youthpass reflections, and an emotional farewell full of gratitude and friendship ❤️.

This project reminded us that even in the most rural corners of Europe, innovation and youth energy can spark change. 🌍🔥

🧠✨ Fighting Disinformation, Empowering Youth!

From June 18th to 26th, 2025, our team from MadUP Association 🇪🇸 joined the Erasmus+ training course “Disinformation Fighters Club”, held in the stunning town of Vatra Dornei, Romania 🇷🇴.

This inspiring project brought together 32 youth workers and NGO representatives from 🇨🇿 Czech Republic, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇱🇹 Lithuania, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇹🇷 Türkiye, 🇷🇴 Romania, and of course 🇪🇸 Spain — all united by one goal: to strengthen our critical thinking and fight against disinformation across Europe. 🌍💪

💬 Throughout the week, participants explored how fake news, manipulated images, and deepfakes impact trust, values, and participation in democratic life. Through non-formal education, creative workshops, and collaborative learning, they discovered how to:
🔹 Identify reliable vs. unreliable sources
🔹 Distinguish facts from opinions
🔹 Counter false narratives
🔹 Develop tools to promote digital awareness

🎲 One of the highlights was the creation of an educational board game focused on disinformation, clickbait, conspiracy theories, and AI-generated content — making learning both fun and impactful! Participants also produced a series of short awareness videos to help others recognize online manipulation and bias. 🎥💡

The final days of Prideful Wellness were incredibly productive! The participants worked hard on the final result: a video that highlighted the mental health challenges within the LGBTQ+ community. 🎬💡 Through collaborative dynamics, they explored creative approaches and shared their personal stories, creating impactful content that aimed to raise awareness in society. 🌍🌈

They also took time to reflect on everything they had learned throughout the week and how each of them had grown personally. 💪💖 With self-care and wellness sessions, they shared practices to improve mental health and motivated each other to continue promoting inclusion and respect. 🌟🧘‍♀️

The experience concluded with a Youthpass certificate ceremony, where we celebrated all the achievements of the project and the new knowledge gained. 🎉🏅
