Se deja hacer a presidente y administrador pensando que harán lo mejor para la comunidad pero ¿qué ocurre cuando no lo hacen?
¿Qué ocurre cuando el comunero descubre que el presupuesto elegido no es el más barato o que se están pagando servicios un 15%, un 20% o 30% por encima del precio de mercado?
