The End of an Era… The Beginning of the Next ❤️
After six unforgettable years, the time has come to retire the Nomads Den brand.
What started as a simple idea to help remote workers and digital nomads connect grew into something I could never have imagined.
Together, we helped shape the remote working community in the south of Tenerife, welcoming more than 7,000 members and organising over 400 events.
We’ve watched strangers become friends…
Friends become business partners…
Business partners become families…
And yes… we’ve even had Nomads Den couples and a Nomads Den baby. ❤️
Over the years we’ve shared some incredible memories…
🎉 Jungle Fever New Year’s Eve Parties
🚢 Nomad Cruise 17, where our community brought more attendees than any other local group and hosted the official departure party for 250+ people.
🎪 The Circus Dinner Show that transformed the square outside Zen Den.
🌍 CO Summit and island-wide events from Santa Cruz to Los Gigantes.
🍷 Networking evenings, salsa classes, AI talks, crypto meetups, improv comedy, zombie events, karaoke nights, Dinner in the Dark, brunches, workshops… and so much more.
We were honoured to be selected by the Canarian Government to help represent Tenerife internationally as a remote working destination.
We also launched communities like Ladies in Business and The Lionesses, while helping inspire many other organisers who went on to build successful communities of their own.
Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved together.
But every chapter has its time.
Over the past couple of years, you may have noticed things have become a little quieter.
That wasn’t by accident.
Behind the scenes, it’s been one of the toughest chapters of my journey. I made some partnerships that, looking back, weren’t the right ones. There were times when people took far more from the Nomads Den brand than they ever gave back. Combined with some personal and business challenges, I realised it was time to stop trying to keep an old chapter alive… and start building the next one.
I’m not disappearing.
I’m restructuring.
My focus is now on Zen Den Coworking and Community Tenerife our members, coworking spaces, private offices, accommodation partnerships and exciting new projects across Costa Adeje, Costa del Silencio and Tamraght, Morocco.
Everything we’ve learned over the last six years is being poured into building something even stronger for the future.
To everyone who has been part of this journey…
