Day 3 Overview I Speak. Act. Change. Erasmus+ youth exchange

Today, we explored how European democracy works by taking part in a Model European Parliament simulation. Participants stepped into the role of Members of the European Parliament, debating ideas, negotiating with others, and experiencing how decisions are made through dialogue and cooperation.

In the afternoon, we focused on climate action through the Fridays for Future case study. Together, we reflected on the impact of youth-led movements, discussed environmental challenges, and shared ideas on how young people can become active changemakers in their own communities.

A day filled with critical thinking, teamwork, and meaningful discussions - proving that every voice matters when building a more sustainable and democratic future. 🇪🇺🌱💙

🌍 Day 2 Overview l "Speak. Act. Change." Erasmus+ youth exchange 🇪🇺

Today was filled with inspiring discussions and interactive sessions about the opportunities available for young people across Europe.

We explored:
🇪🇺 European Union Institutions – understanding how the EU works and how its institutions shape policies that affect millions of people.

🇺🇳 The United Nations – learning about its mission, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the role of young people in creating a more peaceful and sustainable world.

✈️ Erasmus+ Opportunities – discovering youth exchanges, training courses, volunteering, internships, and study opportunities that help young people develop new skills, build friendships, and experience different cultures.

📜 Youthpass – understanding how participants can recognize and validate the knowledge, skills, and competencies they gain through non-formal learning experiences.

A day full of learning, inspiration, and new opportunities for active young citizens! 💙✨

**🌍 Day 1 Insights "Speak. Act. Change." Youth exchange (Alicante)| Building the Foundation**

Our Erasmus+ adventure officially began today, bringing together participants from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. We started with interactive icebreakers and introductions, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone could get to know one another. Participants were introduced to the programme, explored the goals of the project, and learned about the daily schedule and expectations for the week ahead.

During the day, everyone had the opportunity to share their expectations, hopes, and even their fears, helping to create an open and supportive environment from the very beginning. Together, we established our team alliance by agreeing on the values and principles that will guide us throughout the project. The afternoon was dedicated to exciting team-building challenges that encouraged communication, trust, cooperation, and creativity.

A day full of first impressions, new friendships, and positive energy—laying the foundation for an inspiring week of learning, collaboration, and unforgettable experiences! 💙🤝✨

🫂 Estamos de intercambio! De nuevo! 💯

🌍 Esta vez junto con 30 jóvenes de Georgia, Letonia, Eslovaquia y España estamos en Alicante para el intercambio "Speak. Act. Change".

🎭 Durante una semana del 23 al 31 de julio estamos realizando numerosos talleres, dinámicas de grupo, debates, juegos, simulaciones, role plays y muchas otras actividades para conocer mejor el tema de la participación juvenil, qué significa ser ciudadanos activos, por qué es importante y qué podemos hacer cada uno y cada una para hacer nuestras vidas y el Mundo en que vivimos un poco mejor.

🇪🇺 Este proyecto Erasmus+ financiado por la Unión Europea está coordinado por nuestra asociación y realizado en colaboración con las entidades socias Youth For the World (Georgia), Biedrība "Te&Pat"
(Letonia) y Action Alpha
(Eslovaquia).

♨️ ¡Oportunidad Erasmus+ para jóvenes de 16 a 25 años! 💯

🇪🇺 ¡Intercambio juvenil en Layos (Toledo), del 29 de agosto al 6 de septiembre de 2026! 🌍🔥

🙋 Tema: Bienestar digital, equilibrio y pensamiento crítico en el uso de las tecnologías.

👉 ¿Quién puede participar? Jóvenes de 16 a 25 años residentes en España (prioridad para jóvenes de Ciudad Real y el Club InterCambiando). También participarán grupos de jóvenes de Letonia, Bulgaria y Hungría.

Requisitos:
✅ Interés por convivir con jóvenes de otros países.
✅ Motivación y curiosidad.
✅ Ganas de aprender a desconectar y a utilizar el móvil de forma más consciente.
✅ Nivel intermedio de inglés (capacidad para comunicarse).

💰 Todos los gastos están cubiertos: alojamiento, comidas, actividades y viajes. Los billetes de viaje se reembolsarán después del intercambio.

✅ Fianza para reservar tu plaza: 100 €. Se devolverá una vez finalizado el intercambio, siempre que hayas participado en todas las actividades. Su único objetivo es garantizar el compromiso de participación.
