a. Bring your pain to God
Don’t hide your feelings from God.
- Spend 5-10min each day talking to God about how u truly feel
b. Don’t suffer alone
Talk to someone you trust
- Choose one trusted person and share something you have been struggling with
c. Replace negative thoughts with God’s truth
Stop, identify the thought and change it with God’s word
- Write down one negative thought you often have and find a Bible verse that reminds you of God’s truth
