AJ INTER We are a youth association that has its goals in intercultural learning, education for peace, environment, equality and the arts.

We activities promote;voluntary work, creative leisure for young people, equality, fight against xenophobia and racism. AJ INTER aims at developing education projects within the European framework, especially involving young people. We are specialized in Youth in Action programme. We have an operational agreement until 2013 from the EACEA to develop our projects co-financed by the UE. We are accr

edited as a Sending Organization in European Voluntary Service, so we can send volunteers to other European countries, not only from Spain, but volunteers from any European country. We provide information about our activities and projects, invite young people to participate and help them to create their own projects. We also inform about opportunities in Europe like employment & grants. As well as promote values European awareness, solidarity, cooperation & environmental awareness. We belong to ANNA LINDH FOUNDATION, represented by IEMED in Spain, to promote cooperation between Mediterranean countries.

AJ INTER is looking for a motivated person to join our 8-month European Solidarity Corps volunteering project in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain! 🇪🇸

When you are an ESC volunteer, you are not just volunteering and going to work , sometimes you are also having cultural and social experiences in your free time.

During ESC volunteering experience, every activity is a chance to discover something different: local traditions, food, music, people, and stories.
It can be having dinner at a local restaurant with your mentor, doing a sports activity, visiting a new place together, going on a weekend bike ride together, or simply exploring the city with other volunteers. Sometimes, even a simple afternoon spent together can become a meaningful cultural experience.

It’s about stepping outside your comfort zone, trying something you’ve never tried before, and seeing a culture through the eyes of the people who live it.
From exploring new places to sharing moments with others, these experiences help us feel connected and make a new place feel a little more like home. 🫶

Because sometimes, the best memories aren’t planned. They’re the moments when you discover something new, laugh with new friends, try something for the first time, and realise how much there is to learn from each other. ✨

Esto es de verdad, aprendizaje experiencial. 🌿🛶

A veces, los aprendizajes más importantes no ocurren dentro de un aula, sino en plena naturaleza. En el proyecto COMPASS, del 5 al 14 de junio de 2026 en las montañas Jeseníky, Chequia, no solo adquirimos nuevos conocimientos; también aprendimos a afrontar la incertidumbre, trabajar en equipo, salir de nuestra zona de confort y convivir con la naturaleza.

Dormimos en tiendas de campaña, hicimos largas caminatas, cocinamos al aire libre, reflexionamos cada día sobre lo aprendido y aprendimos a adaptarnos a las condiciones que nos ofrecía la naturaleza. Cada jornada nos hizo un poco más resilientes, creativxs y conscientes. Una vez más comprobamos que el aprendizaje más valioso llega a través de la experiencia.

Nos llevamos mucho más que buenos recuerdos: volvemos con nuevas habilidades, diferentes perspectivas y experiencias que nos acompañarán durante mucho tiempo. De eso trata Erasmus+ Juventud. 💚
