This week marks the end of our DISJOB project. Sheltered employment in Europe.
As a final activity of the project, we have prepared a document in Report format, where we propose a new model of sheltered employment through the social economy.

REPORT To establish a European Quality Framework for sheltered employment

We leave you here a summary of some of the moments lived in Vaslui, Romania, where we have celebrated the transnational meeting of our Disjob project during the 18th and 19th of July 2024.
Once again, it has been a very enriching experience where we have shared knowledge, experiences and we have known a little better the culture, gastronomy and idiosyncrasy of this beautiful country.
The end of the project is approaching and in this meeting we have been able to share the positive aspects and the possibilities for improvement to be taken into account in the future. Hopefully we will be able to work together again. ❤️ .toporascu ✨

Yesterday the Disjob-Protected employment in Europe project multiplier event was held simultaneously, in the three countries that form the consortium of this project, Spain, Croatia and Romania. It was a nice experience to share and present the work we are doing and bring the Erasmus + projects closer to the people who participated in the event. Thanks to everyone!! ✨🇪🇸🇭🇷🇷🇴

🔈🔈Last week we had the pleasure to celebrate the transnational meeting in Granada🇪🇸 of the DISJOB. Sheltered employment in Europe. 🇪🇺

*Day 9* . We held the meeting according to the agenda, welcoming the partners, reviewing the tasks done and pending tasks. The most important part of the meeting was based on designing and developing the new model of sheltered employment that we want to propose, discussing and justifying our proposals 🧐

*Day 10* : Planning of the multiplier event on June 19, planned dissemination actions, design of the poster, etc... We review the documentation generated and necessary for the justification of the project (part of signatures, certificates, attendees) and the evaluation questionnaire of the meeting is made ✍🏻
We also made a visit to the Granadina Federation of people with physical and organic disabilities (FEGRADI), where we could see the work being done in the day center, occupational center and employment area. 👏🏻🙌🏻

*Day 11* : Visit to the Alhambra. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

During these days we were able to enjoy the gastronomy, culture, folklore and heritage of this beautiful city, having the opportunity to strengthen relationships between members

How much we have learned on our second day of meeting in Split (Croatia). 👏
In addition to working on our DISJOB project, carrying out all the actions on the agenda and planning the pending tasks, we had the opportunity to learn a lot from our Croatian partners.
They are an organisation that works for the inclusion of people with visual impairment and they took us to visit an Early Childhood Centre for children with visual impairment, where they work on the adaptation of these children to their inclusion in mainstream school.
They also showed us technical aids that visually impaired people use in their daily lives, and we did some exercises to learn how we should act when guiding a blind person.
I can only thank the partners for their involvement, commitment and motivation with the project. ❤️

💡Did you know that...
After conducting a comparative study of sheltered employment in Europe, we would like to share with you some interesting data.
As you can see🧐, there are different models of sheltered employment, depending on the country.
The aim of our project is to elaborate a report📒 in which we are going to propose a new model of sheltered employment in Europe, thus promoting equal opportunities for people with disabilities everywhere in Europe🇪🇺. AJOFM Vaslui

❣️Hoy día 6 de diciembre de 2023, hemos celebrado una reunión transnacional online, donde hemos realizado el seguimiento a las actividades que vamos a desarrollar a lo largo de este proyecto, prestando especial atención al plan de gestión, al plan de calidad, las estrategias de difusión, reparto de tareas, revisión de fechas etc...
Vamos a hacer un gran trabajo porque somos un gran equipo 👏🏻💪🏼

❣️Today, December 6, 2023, we have held an online transnational meeting, where we have followed up on the activities that we will develop throughout this project, paying special attention to the management plan, the quality plan, dissemination strategies, distribution of tasks, review of dates, etc...

With this project we want to develop a European quality framework that unifies the model of sheltered employment in all
the countries that make up the European Union, bringing together the positive aspects of each of the employment policies
that are currently being applied, and improving those aspects that are not working well.
The overall objective is:
- Produce a report outlining the needs and proposals for the creation of a European quality framework for sheltered
employment in Europe.
The specific objectives are:
-To know the situation of sheltered employment in the countries that form the consortium of this project.
-Sharing experiences and good practices between partner countries
-Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of different models of sheltered employment.
- Raise awareness and promote the improvement of employment conditions for people with disabilities.
-Describe the most appropriate sheltered employment models according to the type of disability.
-To seek the involvement and collaboration of the Public Administrations and the business sector in the quality integration
of people with disabilities.
