🇧🇷Soltar: en portugués. 🌎To let go is difficult in any language or culture. Maybe some easier than others but the reality is that our human condition , we usually get attached to “things” and “persons”. To let go is practicing detachment. The brain is not designed to distinguish clearly between past and present; it reactivates experiences as if they are happening now. MINDFULNESS interrupts this loop. Through non-attachment, we reduce cognitive fusion and limbic reactivity, allowing the prefrontal cortex to regulate experience instead of being driven by it. Letting go, then, is not passive—it is a trained neural shift toward freedom. It could be our daily practice. Practice of conciousness and presence. What it is really important to hold? Not just “stuff”; but also emotions. # yoga # mindfuldentistry
