K'MON K'mon es una asociación juvenil sin animo de lucro. Trabajamos en el marco de Erasmus + KA1.

In the first part of the day, participants organized themselves into teams to decide the order of the presentations for today and tomorrow.
The discussion about the workshop content was revisited, emphasizing that all workshops should be educational.

In total, 5 teams are scheduled:
- 3 teams presented today
- 2 teams will present tomorrow

The trainers made some observations regarding:
- time management
- full participation in all program activities
- the fact that participants have signed a contract and have certain obligations

The general group rules were also reminded.

Presentations (today)

1. Team “The Team”
Topic: Introduction to Website Creation
- What a website is and how it is structured
- Basic concepts: domain and hosting
- Examples of affordable (including free) platforms to build a website

Some business ideas were also presented:
- Maps with coffee
- Cat store
- Exotic zebras
- Business consulting company

2. Team “Bauhaus”
Topic: Architectural Styles
- Analysis of different architectural forms and styles
- Ways to recognize them (shapes, structure, visual characteristics)

The team also included an interactive quiz using Kahoot to test participants' knowledge.

3. Guitar Presentation
Topic: Introduction to Playing the Guitar
- Practical demonstration
- Explanation of how to learn to play, including online resources
- An interactive test was also included

Feedback and Evaluation
- At the end of each presentation, teams received feedback from the trainers, along with suggestions for improvement
- Trainers encouraged participants to do self-evaluation
- In some cases, feedback from the audience was also provided

Conclusions
- Workshops should be clearly focused on practical learning
- There is a wide variety of topics (technical, creative, artistic)
- Interactive elements (e.g. Kahoot, quizzes) increase participant engagement
- Continuous feedback helps improve presentations
- It is important to respect the rules and actively participate, according to the agreed obligations

Today’s activities focused on the theme of digital literacy, exploring both practical skills and critical thinking in the digital world.

We began with an interactive exercise where participants worked in pairs to search for each other online. This activity helped us understand how much personal information is publicly accessible and raised awareness about our digital presence.

Following this, we checked whether our email accounts and passwords had been compromised or leaked using online tools. This led into a discussion where we shared tips and best practices for protecting personal data, such as creating strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, and being cautious with online sharing.

We then explored the concept of a digital footprint, discussing how everyday online activities leave traces that can be collected and analyzed. We examined the potential risks associated with data harvesting, including privacy invasion and targeted manipulation.

Another engaging part of the day involved testing our ability to distinguish between human-created and AI-generated content, including photos, videos, and music. This activity highlighted how advanced AI tools have become and how challenging it can be to identify authentic content.

Building on this, we discussed the role of AI in propaganda and disinformation, analyzing real-world examples where AI has been used to amplify misleading or false information. This encouraged critical thinking about the content we consume online.

Finally, we divided into groups and began planning our own workshops on topics of our choice, incorporating the tools and knowledge gained throughout the project so far.

The day began with a morning plenary session, followed by AI Basics, where participants explored key concepts of artificial intelligence. After a coffee break, we continued with a deeper dive into advanced AI topics.

Following lunch, we held two outdoor activities on the beach. During these sessions, we presented our tasks focused on AI threats, discussing potential risks and exchanging ideas in an engaging and informal setting.

Later, we had a reflection session, focusing on the limitations and challenges of AI, as well as healthy digital consumption.

The day is currently ending with an intercultural evening, where participants are sharing their cultures and strengthening connections.

Within six working days, 50 participants coming
from nine countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy,

take part in various informal activities and

Great news! We're looking for 2 participants from Croatia and Spain for our training course, "Behind the Screens". The course will run from March 31st – April 7th, 2026 in Ceuta, Spain.

Course Objectives:
- Enhance media and digital literacy among youth workers to support young people in critically engaging with the digital world.
- Develop AI-based fact-checking competencies, ensuring participants can discern credible sources and counter digital manipulation.
- Strengthen cybersecurity awareness, equipping youth workers with practical strategies for protecting personal and organizational data.
- Promote ethical digital behavior, encouraging responsible engagement with society.

Erasmus+ Youth Exchange: “ART FOR ALL!”
📍 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria | 4-13 November 2025

In November 2025, the city of Pazardzhik, Bulgaria welcomed an energetic and creative Erasmus+ Youth Exchange titled “ART FOR ALL!”. Over ten inspiring days, 40 young people and youth leaders from Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Türkiye, Romania, Greece, and North Macedonia came together to explore how art can bridge cultures, spark dialogue, and empower communities.

Building Connections Through Art

The project was designed with a clear vision: to create a space where young people interested in theatre, music, dance, visual arts, film, literature, and creative expression could learn from one another and collaborate. Participants dived into meaningful discussions and activities on topics such as:
- the role of arts in contemporary Europe
- the rights and challenges of young artists today
- creativity as a tool for personal development
- inclusion and community-building through culture
- cross-cultural collaboration and artistic innovation

Each national team presented the artistic landscape in their home country, opening conversations about shared struggles and opportunities across Europe’s creative sectors.

Learning by Creating

The heart of the project was its hands-on, experiential approach. Throughout the exchange, young people participated in:
- theatre exercises and improvisation
- music-based workshops and rhythm games
- creative sessions in visual and applied arts
- group debates and discussions on youth and culture
- interactive role-playing activities
- indoor and outdoor artistic challenges

International Youth Exchange in Pazardzhik: Young People from 7 Countries Trained in First Aid
and Healthy Living
From July 3 to July 12, 2025, the city of Pazardzhik hosted an international youth project under
the Erasmus+ programme, focused on first aid training and promoting healthy lifestyle habits.
The project, titled “Health and Wellbeing – First Aid!”, brought together 35 young people from
Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Turkey.
The host and organizer was the association Forum – Youth Activities Center, which had been
actively working for years in the field of youth development. The main goal of the exchange was
to prepare young people to respond adequately in crisis situations and to encourage personal
responsibility for health – both their own and that of others.
Over the ten-day programme, participants underwent practical first aid training – including
response to cardiac arrest, choking, and severe injuries. The core methods included simulations,
role-playing, and real-life case studies. In addition, the young participants discussed topics
related to stress, prevention, healthy eating, and active living.
“We learned things they don’t teach in school. Now I know how to help someone in need –
without panic and with clear actions,” shared one of the participants.
The event had a strong social focus – many of the participants came from small towns and were
taking part in an international initiative for the first time. The exchange also provided an
opportunity for building intercultural connections, teamwork, and personal growth.
The project concluded with public demonstrations for the local community and the creation of
a brochure outlining the basic steps of first aid. After the exchange, the participants continued
spreading their knowledge in their home countries through training sessions, volunteer
campaigns, and public events.
