Nowhere Nowhere is an event created by YOU. http://www.goingnowhere.org This is the official community page for the Nowhere festival.

Nowhere is an empty space waiting to be filled by your imagination. A fuse to inspire creativity and participation, the extreme conditions and harsh beauty of the Spanish desert provide a blank canvas for people like you to make something out of nothing. Nowhere is built on the key principles of:

Self-expression: The freedom to be in a creative, liberating space

Radical self-reliance: You are re

sponsible for yourself! No commerce: Bring all you need because you can’t buy it there

Leave no trace: Create something from nothing, and leave nothing behind

Participation: Get involved – this is not an event for spectators!

EXTRA EXTRA BIG NEWS INCOMING

Some of y’all have been banging on for years about wanting a more democratic structure and we are here to tell you we've been looking into it.

Come along to our next Town Hall to learn more changing to a membership association, why this type of structure, and what it could be going forward.

The current Going Nowhere SL Directors and our lawyers will be present to answer any questions you may have.

After this call you will have the opportunity to approve the statutes and discuss further with your fellow nobodies on our dedicated Nowhere discord channel.

Moving forward, our other channels, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram will be for announcements only, with discussion about topics on the Discord, so go and join that channel and get your chins wagging with the nowhere community.

NOWHERE TOWN HALL - SAVE THE DATE!

We are holding our annual Nowhere town hall in a couple of weeks so mark your calendars now - 23rd October, 7pm European time (that's 6pm UK time for non-eu folks) on zoom.

Following on from the successful future of nowhere meeting at Nowhere, we want to open the discussion to folks that were unable to attend that because they were too busy aligning chakras or dancing their asses off or really feeling the morning after the night before or whatever. (no judgement, just facts). Those that attended the meeting on site will be able to skip the first part of the meeting.

This meeting will cover the legal issues over the past few years, give an updated financial picture and feedback about the labour & safety audit that took place on site during set up.

There will be some time for a q&a as well, but if there are specific questions you have you can send them to us and we will do our best to answer them (bearing in mind we may not be able to for legal and confidentiality reasons)
