Nos gustaría recordaros acerca de la convocatoria de la primera edición de los premios AEEII para Trabajos de Fin de Grado y Trabajos de Fin de Máster, cuyas bases se han visto algo modificadas por la situación excepcional de emergencia que estamos viviendo. Así, se aceptarán trabajos presentados hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2020.
Al premio pueden optar trabajo presentados por estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas del Estado español y esos trabajos pueden estar presentados tanto en lengua inglesa como en cualquiera de las lenguas cooficiales del Estado español. Asimismo, recordamos que la fecha de presentación de solicitudes al premio es el 30 de septiembre de 2020. Podéis encontrar el formulario e información más detallada en las fotos adjuntas.

We'd like to remind you about our first edition of AEEII's awards, addressed at bachelor's and master's thesis written within a Spanish university. Because of the sanitary emergency we are living, there are slight modifications on the contest's conditions: we will accept works presented up until September 30th 2020. Students who may be eligible for the award must be enrolled on a Spanish university and the dissertation can be written both in English and Spanish, as well as in the other co-official languages of the Spanish state. The end date for presenting the proposals is September 30th 2020. Please find the form and more detailed information attached

Attention, these are good news we are so very glad to share! This is the first time Rokeya S. Hossain's work has been translated to Spanish. In this new critical edition by the hand of Jorge Diego Sánchez, a member of AEEII, and Ediciones Universidad de Salamanca a selection of the author's works is provided in order to understand the importance and particularity of her figure, which is further explored in this edition's detailed introduction and biography of the author which Diego Sánchez outlines.

¡Atención! Estamos encantadísimos de daros estas muy buenas noticias. La primera traducción al español de la obra de Rokeya S. Hossain ha sido publicada de la mano de Ediciones Universidad de Salamanca y de Jorge Diego Sánchez, miembro de AEEII. Se trata de una selección de obras de la autora elegidas para comprender la importancia y particularidad de su figura. Diego Sánchez, a parte de hacer las veces de traductor, explora esta importancia en una detallada introducción y delineación de la biografía de la autora.

Este libro tiene dos partes, en la primera se habla de Rokeya Sakhawat Hossain y su importancia como escritora, activista y reformadora social, educativa y literaria. La segunda parte se ofrece la traducción al español de «El sueño de Sultana» (1905), una selección de informes de Las recluidas...
