On June 27, 2026, the Rotary Club of BonPen–Quezon Premier successfully conducted its Club Turnover and Recognition Ceremony at Castrillo's Residence, Barangay Pajarillo, Macalelon, Quezon. This significant occasion marked the formal conclusion of the Rotary year and the beginning of a new chapter of leadership, service, and commitment to Rotary's ideals.
The highlight of the event was the ceremonial turnover of leadership, symbolizing the official transfer of authority, responsibilities, and stewardship from the Unite for Good President to the incoming Service Impact President. This meaningful tradition reflects Rotary's commitment to leadership continuity, ensuring that the club's vision, programs, and service initiatives remain sustainable and impactful for the communities it serves.
The ceremony also served as a Recognition Program, honoring the invaluable contributions of the club's members. Plaques of Recognition were presented to Rotarians who generously dedicated their time, talents, resources, and unwavering commitment throughout the Rotary year. Their collective efforts made it possible to successfully implement various humanitarian and community development projects that significantly benefited the residents of the club's adopted HeartWork Village. Their dedication exemplifies the Rotary motto, "Service Above Self," and demonstrates the power of volunteerism in creating lasting and meaningful change.
Another major highlight of the program was the presentation of the club's remarkable accomplishments during the Rotary year. Through collaborative leadership, active member participation, and impactful community service, the club achieved numerous milestones across Rotary's Areas of Focus. These accomplishments earned the Rotary Club of BonPen–Quezon Premier prestigious district recognition as the Most Outstanding Club – Gold Level, Medium Club Category. In addition, the club's exemplary leadership and effective administration were further recognized through the Most Outstanding Club President – Gold Level, Medium Club Category and the Most Outstanding Club Secretary – Gold Level, Medium Club Category awards.
More than a ceremonial gathering, the Club Turnover and Recognition Ceremony celebrated a year of outstanding service, fellowship, leadership, and shared achievements.
