Who Is She ?? Can You See Me Noo!!!

Her name is Charmain & it was her birthday last week,she would have been 53 ❤️🙏
Charmain was born in Maryfield Hospital,Dundee but due to medical abnormalities was transferred to Yorkhill,Glasgow where on November 5th 1973 she passed away ❤️🙏 then to ensure less publicity she was buried in Glasgow.
Her mother only saw her twice and was never able to hold her due to all the abnormalities she had.
Charmain was my Sister ❤️🙏

So back then as you can imagine there was no such thing as mental health and just had to get on with it,so can understand how difficult life was.

1 in 4 of us suffer from a Mental Health problem every year 💙🙏
1 in 15 people attempt su***de over their lifetime 💙
Last year Minds online information pages were visited 24 million times 💙🙏

Next 8 Months I'm raising money again for these 2 Mental Health Charities:
MIND-England & Wales
SAMH-Scotland
Gonna be doing Weekly Football/Music Watchalongs on Facebook & Celebrate Charmain's short life ❤️🙏

Hi Guys,
I have started a tiktok live footie banter Watchalong for all,will try and do as many games as possible,had a practice go last week with a couple lads and somehow managed 5.3k likes and earned 1p 😂 So the plan going forward is to just keep getting better and boost the pennies & hopefully by the end of the season there will be enough to donate to Mental Health💙🙏
Also will be good for yours & my Mental Health 💙🙏
Will try and get on tonight (come on palace😂) if not will be on tomorrow afternoon👍

💙 Thoroughly enjoyed doing this throughout the month of May for Mental Health Uk and smashing my original target of £250 to an amazing £455 with just under £100 going to gift aid 💙🙏

What it's all about....A few more miles done for the Mental Health Uk challenge,but couldn't complete my goal of a few miles in Altea on my last day there as twisted my knee and sprained me wrist on the final path at the bottom of the hill 🥵💙🙏 But all good home now & feeling much better and will carry on the final stretch.💪💙🙏
