Charlie 😇
Meet Charlie, a little lad who has already travelled quite a long way to find his people. 💛
He was found wandering the streets of Alameda, Málaga, with no microchip or identification and showing clear signs of neglect. Our friends at GAB - Grupo Ayuda Bodegueros stepped in to help, and Charlie made the journey all the way to El Vendrell in Tarragona, where he could finally get the care he needed.
His veterinary checks are now complete and, apart from low-level leishmania which is being managed with oral medication, he is otherwise doing well.
Charlie is around 1½ years old and weighs about 7 kg. He is a lively little guy with plenty of energy and, so far, no obvious fears. He will need a family who can keep him active, give him plenty of exercise and keep his mind busy too.
Last weekend he went to his very first adoption fair with the GAB team, and he was an absolute star. He behaved brilliantly and seemed to take the whole thing in his stride 🤩
Now we just need to find the person who sees him and thinks, that’s 🌟my star🌟
