Erasmus sport: HEAL project

Over the past months, we have worked together to promote health and well-being through sport and education 💚
A big THANK YOU to everyone who has been part of these initiatives. Each contribution has been essential in sharing knowledge, tools, and experiences to support sports organizations and schools within their communities.

📌 What have we achieved?
• Development of practical resources to promote health through sport
• Creation of an educational toolkit, now available in multiple languages
• Collection of testimonials in a dedicated booklet
• Launch of a storytelling campaign to amplify real experiences
• Preparation of a policy brief to support decision-makers
• Ongoing updates of our website with new downloadable materials
All these resources are designed to be used, shared, and adapted — helping to create healthier and more inclusive communities.

🌍🏅 We are proud to announce the successful completion of the final event of the HEAL project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Sport action 🇪🇺
Hosted by our coordinator, Gasol Foundation Europa, the final conference took place on May 5th in the areas of Sant Boi de Llobregat and Barcelona, bringing together representatives of public institutions, grassroots sports organizations, educators, and community stakeholders.

✨ The conference was an important opportunity to present the results achieved during the HEAL project (2024–2026) and to highlight its value as a replicable model for promoting healthy lifestyles through sport and education 🏃‍♀️🍎.

💡 HEAL is a collaborative partnership that:
• promotes healthy lifestyle habits through sport 🏅
• supports inclusion and diversity in education, training, youth, and sport 🌈
• creates real opportunities for children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds 👧🧒
• strengthens grassroots sports organizations and local community networks 🤝

The event became a space for sharing experiences, impact, and best practices that will continue inspiring positive change within our communities. A sincere thank you to all partners, institutions, organizations, and participants who contributed to this journey.

🌍🏅 We are proud to announce the successful completion of the final event of the HEAL project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Sport action 🇪🇺

We’re happy to look back on an inspiring day of sport, connection, and wellbeing during the latest local event, led by Gasol within the HEAL project!🌟

Bringing together families, young people, and community partners, we created an open and vibrant space where sport becomes a driver for inclusion, personal development, and healthier lifestyles. With interactive activities and sport-based experiences, children and youth explored their potential and built confidence, while parents and community members joined in, supporting values such as active participation, wellbeing, and positive growth.🌎🌎

Moments like these are essential for building stronger communities and highlighting the importance of physical activity and a well-rounded approach to the development of younger generations
