This week, we're celebrating *The Power of the “+”* 🏳️‍🌈💜

When we say LGBTQIA+, what does the “+” really mean? Where did the acronym come from, and why has it continued to evolve over time?

The “+” represents the many identities, orientations, and experiences that may not be reflected in the letters but are equally valid and important. From as*xual, pans*xual, and non-binary people to countless other diverse identities, the “+” creates space for those whose experiences deserve recognition and inclusion. 🌟🫂

Because Pride is not only about celebrating diversity—it is also about making room for identities that continue to be overlooked, misunderstood, or left out of the conversation. 🌈✨

Per l'últim post de la campanya "Sense salut, no hi ha igualtat" pel Dia Mundial de la Dona (8M), parlem sobre la importància del cribratge del càncer de mama, el tumor més freqüent en dones, per tal de detectar-ho el més aviat possible. Això implica que el tractament és menys invasiu i més efectiu i que millori el pronòstic.

En el tercer post de la campanya "Sense salut, no hi ha igualtat" del Dia Mundial de la Dona (8M), parlem sobre L'esquerda de gènere en la medicina i com el cos masculí ha estat sempre el model de l'investigació científica. El que implica desinformació sobre els efectes de molts medicaments en el cos femení i el desconeixement d'efectes secundaris, podent afectar potencialment la salut de les dones.
