Ladies,

Dance, breathe, stretch, eat healthy and nourish your body and soul.
And we look forward to seeing you at our next retreat! We hope you enjoy this Basic-intermediate yoga flow, I recommend that you use blocks if you have them (a bag of flour will do if not ;) remember its not how far you stretch, its who you become in your practice, so don't over do it.. just listen to your body and flow with your breath.
