The studio came alive on Friday.

Thanks to everyone who pulled through and enjoyed some matchas, smoothies and ice baths with us.

For the ones who couldn’t make it: the space is changing. SABDA is no longer just a place you come in and out of. It’s becoming on somewhere you stay after class. Grab a coffee or matcha, sit down, do some work, meet a friend, take a moment in the ice bath on the terrace. A different kind of routine. One that fits more of your day.

For our members and our community, the space is open. Come hang out, enjoy the ice baths and drinks before or after class 🌀💙

Something new is coming to SABDA 🌀💙

On 1 May we’re doing an open house from 14–17h to celebrate two things launching at the same time: the café is opening for the first time, and the ice bath is back on our private terrace.

Come try the café: coffee, matcha, protein shakes, natural juices and snacks (regular café prices). Ice bath free to use, cold plunge on the terrace at your own pace.

A milestone for us. SABDA is no longer just a place you come in and out of. It’s somewhere you can stay, work, catch up with someone, or just be in the space with no agenda. We want to celebrate that with you.

El buen tiempo llega con novedades en SABDA. 🌀💙

El 1 de mayo celebramos un open house de 14 a 17h para marcar dos lanzamientos al mismo tiempo: la apertura del café por primera vez y el regreso del ice bath en nuestra terraza.

Ven a probar el café: café, matcha, batidos de proteína, zumos naturales y snacks (precios habituales de cafetería). El ice bath será de uso libre: cold plunge en la terraza a tu ritmo.

Un momento importante para nosotros. SABDA ya no es solo un lugar al que vienes y te vas. Es un espacio donde puedes quedarte, trabajar, quedar con alguien o simplemente estar sin un plan. Queremos celebrarlo contigo.

We are so happy to be partnering with , and to kick things off we are hosting something special on Mother’s Day.

A 75-minute breathwork and sound healing class inside the SABDA immersive room. Like any regular SABDA class, just with a little extra help from AIRE to make it feel special.

will guide you through a breathwork practice to slow down and arrive fully. Then takes over with a live sound healing journey, his music surrounding you in 360°.

Afterwards there will be treats and a goodie bag from AIRE Ancient Baths waiting for you. And one lucky guest will receive a very special surprise.
