📖Turning insights into action in Córdoba’s cluster ecosystem

Following TCI Network’s peer review of 27 cluster initiatives in Córdoba, Argentina, the Strategy Workshop brought together cluster leaders, policymakers and international experts to turn the findings into priorities for the next stage of Córdoba’s cluster ecosystem.

Discussions focused on moving from cluster activation to consolidation and impact — strengthening strategy, developing higher-value projects and services, improving impact measurement, and shaping a more coordinated and sustainable cluster ecosystem.

A great example of how insights can become action when knowledge, expertise and local perspectives come together. 🤝

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from Mongolia to the TCI Network office. The visit brought together representatives from the Mongolian Export Cluster (including delegates from its sectoral clusters in leather, textiles, and cosmetics) the National University of Mongolia (NUM), the EU International Trade Development in Mongolia (ITDM) Project, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, and the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).

During the session, we introduced TCI Network’s mission and global ecosystem, while exploring opportunities to build meaningful synergies. The exchange focused on how these organizations can create synergies within our network to strengthen international positioning, foster collaboration, and accelerate growth. We also discussed pathways to go further, supporting their willing to scale, consolidate, and enhance the competitiveness of Mongolia’s cluster landscape on a global stage.
