Following on from our latest production “Pieces of Eight”, some more donations were concluded this week.
We once again made a donation to Asociación Abaimar, who work with children between 5 and 17 with rare diseases. The association was founded in 2009 by 2 Mallorcan mothers, who had first hand experience with their children. Now they are able to help other families in the same situation by providing a knowledgeable and growing support network.
For the first time, in our Group's history, we were delighted to donate to the Fundació Patronat Joan XXIII, which offers services to people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Joan XXIII was established in 1975 and since then it has created 9 centers located in the municipalities of Inca, Sencelles, Binissalem and Alcúdia. You may have seen their mini-buses around the area.
