General Anesthesia and full mouth rehabilitation considerations from critical decision making to complete treatment planning

Course directors:

1st day:
1. Diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning
2. Recent trends of Pulp therapy in primary teeth
3. Pulp therapy in young permanent teeth & regeneration hopes
4. Crowns in pediatric dentistry (posterior & anterior crowns)
5. Management of Badly broken anterior teeth (different types of posts )
6. Preventive orthodontics ( recent updates in space maintainers)
7. Preventive dentistry
8. Medical emergencies in the dental practice and basic life support (BLS)

2nd day:
1. Clinical case discussion and its best management in pediatric dentistry
2. Dental management for special need children
3. Secrets in the journey of dental anesthesia
4. Sedation and general anesthesia drugs.
5. Anesthesia or sedation that best suit your pediatric patient dental work?
6. Guidelines for sedation and general anesthesia usage.
7. Surgery room, equipment and requirements” The full set up”
8. Guidelines for monitoring and management of pediatric patients before, during and after sedation.
9. Decision making in the operating room.
10. Postoperative drug prescription after general anesthesia.

Hands on:
· Pulpotomy (traditional VS Avalon Biomed Neo PUTTY )
· Rotary pulpectomy with p**o files system on extracted teeth
· Stainless steel crown on extracted teeth
· Zirconia crown preparation on extracted teeth (4 types of zirconia crowns) plus Nu Smile Bio Flex crowns
· Space maintainers (traditional VS chair side)

3rd day:
Each participant will assist and perform a case under staff supervision
