بيان رسمي صادر عن شركة أوشن كوليدج شرم الشيخ

تعلن شركة أوشن كوليدج شرم الشيخ، المالكة لشركة أوشن تيك شرم الشيخ، أن المحول الكهربائي الخاص بها قد تم التنازل عنه بصورة غير قانونية وبالتزوير إلى جهة تُدعى "سقالة ترافكو".
وتؤكد الشركة أن هذا التنازل باطل ولا يحمل أي صفة قانونية، وأن ملكية المحول الكهربائي محفوظة بالكامل لشركة أوشن تيك – شرم الشيخ، التابعة لشركة أوشن كوليدج.

وتحذر الشركة من أي محاولة لاستغلال أو تشغيل هذا المحول دون إذن رسمي منها، وتحتفظ بحقها القانوني في اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة أمام الجهات المختصة لحماية ممتلكاتها وحقوقها.

Official Statement issued by Ocean College Sharm El Sheikh

Ocean College Sharm El Sheikh, the owner of Ocean Tech – Sharm El Sheikh, hereby declares that its electrical transformer has been unlawfully and fraudulently transferred to an entity named "Scaffolding Travco."
The company affirms that this transfer is null and void, carries no legal standing, and that full ownership of the transformer remains with Ocean Tech Sharm El Sheikh, a subsidiary of Ocean College.

The company warns against any attempt to exploit or operate this transformer without its official authorization and reserves all legal rights to take necessary actions before the competent authorities to protect its assets and ownership rights.
