IEEE FCIH was founded on November 2006.Under the supervision of Dr. Aliaa Youssif Vice Dean for Graduate Studies at the faculty of Computers and Information - Helwan University and Esraa Ali who was one of the SB founders and its current mentor, Introduced to the rest of founders to what IEEE.
