rial action to improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need. Guided by academic advisors and business experts, the student leaders of Enactus create and implement community empowerment projects around the globe. The experience not only transforms lives, it helps students develop the kind of talents and perspectives that are essential to leadership in an ever-more complicated and challenging world. Human progress depends on our ability to tap into the entrepreneurial spirit that lives within each of us and channel the unique talents, passions and ideas we each possess toward creating good in the world. With the support and encouragement of their faculty advisors and a local business advisory board, Enactus students apply business concepts to develop community outreach projects that improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need. en•act•us (SIFE formerly):
