جمعية "رسالة نور علي نور" مؤسسة خيرية تنموية غير حكومية وغير هادفة للربح أسسها الإعلامي الراحل أحمد فراج ، وتم اشهارها في 17/3/2007 برقم 2855 تحت إشراف وزارة التضامن الإجتماعي ، ومقرها الرئيسي في شبرامنت بالجيزة ، وتغطي أنشطتها الخيرية والتنموية المختلفة جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية ، ولديها مقرات فرعية في الجيزة وأسوان وشمال سيناء والبحر الأحمر ( حلايب والشلاتين ).

ور إلى مواجهة الفقر بكافة صوره وتمكين المجتمعات المهمشة ، فنحن نذهب إلى الأكثر فقراً والأشد احتياجاً في أقاصي مصر وإعطاء فرص حقيقية للعائلات والأفراد غير القادرين علي مستوي الجمهورية للتمتع بحياة كريمة. كما تهدف للتنمية المستدامة التي لا تزول فائدتها مع مرور الزمن أو حين يتوقف امداد المساعدات. فنحن ننظر للمشاريع المطروحة أمامنا بنظرة مستقبلية تتيح لنا الوصول إلي أنسب وأذكى الطرق لاستغلال الموارد المتاحة مستلهمين خططنا وأستراتيجياتنا من المبادرات والنهضة الغير مسبوقة التي تشهدها مصر حالياً. وتشمل خدمات ومشاريع الجمعية القطاعات الآتية:
1- مكافحة الفقر والبطالة
2- خدمات صحية وطبية
3- التعليم والتنمية البشرية

Resalet Nour Ala Nour (RNAN) is a non-governmental, non-profit, charitable, developmental organization founded by the late renowned media figure, Ahmed Farrag. It was launched on 17/3/2007, registration no.: 2855 under the oversight of the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity. Its headquarters is in Shabramant, Giza, and its various activities cover all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with subsidiary offices in Giza, Aswan, North Sinai and the Red Sea (Halayeb and Al-Shalateen). RNAN aims to end poverty in all its forms, empower marginalized, remote and poorer communities, and give real opportunities to families and individuals who are otherwise unable to enjoy a decent human life. It also aims for sustainable development whose impact does not disappear with time or when the external aid stops. We look at the projects at hand with a long-term view that allows us to strategically plan our way forward and efficiently utilize available resources. RNAN’s services and projects include the following sectors:
