It was launched on 17/3/2007, registration no.: 2855 under the oversight of the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity. Its headquarters is in Shabramant, Giza, and its various activities cover all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with subsidiary offices in Giza, Aswan, North Sinai and the Red Sea (Halayeb and Al-Shalateen).
