🛑 This post isn't for the "Best Members"... This is for the Unsung Heroes! 🛑

​During recognition ceremonies, the spotlight is usually on those holding a "Best Member" certificate. But we often forget the entire army of people working relentlessly in silence behind the scenes to make every successful event happen.

​From the moment we started preparing for our mega-events like ESME METRIX, there were people pulling all-nighters. There was a designer whose eyes ached from staring at a screen adjusting the same design for the 10th time... someone in HR making endless calls until they lost their voice... Technical and Training members grinding to deliver the best possible content... and those who were running around non-stop on event days to ensure everything was flawless.

​These individuals didn't walk the stage to grab a title, but they are the absolute backbone carrying ESME-Cairo University on their shoulders. They are the "soul" behind every milestone we’ve reached.

​A heartfelt message to everyone who poured their heart out without taking a title: "We see you. We appreciate every sleepless night and every ounce of effort you put in. You are not just a member; you are a hero of this story." 💙⚙️

​This hustle is what builds your character. It’s what will make you an exceptional engineer and a brilliant leader tomorrow. Because those who work with pure dedication without waiting for the applause are the ones who go the furthest. 🚀

​🛑 البوست ده مش للـ "Best Members".. البوست ده للجنود المجهولة! 🛑

​دايماً وقت التكريمات، السปوت لايت بيكون على اللي استلموا شهادة الـ Best Member، وبننسى إن ورا كل صورة حلوة وكل إيفينت ناجح، جيش كامل من الناس اللي طحنوا نفسهم في صمت.

​من أول ما بدأنا نجهز لإيفينتاتنا الكبيرة زي ESME METRIX وغيرها، كان في ناس مطبقة باليومين والـ 3 أيام.
في ديزاينر عينه وجعته من شاشة اللاب توب وهو بيعدل التصميم للمرة العاشرة.. وفي حد في الـ HR بيفرز داتا وبيعمل مكالمات لحد ما صوته راح.. وفي حد Technical أو Training بيحضر محتوى وبيذاكر عشان يطلع للناس أحسن حاجة.. وفي ناس كانت بتشيل وتحط وتجري يوم الإيفينت عشان كل حاجة تطلع بيرفكت.

​الناس دي ماطلعوش الـ Best Member، بس هما الحجر الأساسي اللي شال ESME-Cairo University على كتافه. هما "الروح" اللي خلتنا نوصل لكل اللي حققناه.

​رسالة من القلب لكل شخص تعب معانا ومخدش تايتل: "إحنا شايفينك، ومقدرين كل دقيقة سهرتها وكل مجهود عملته.. انت مش مجرد ميمبر، انت بطل من أبطال الحكاية دي". 💙⚙️

​التعب ده هو اللي بيبني شخصيتك، وهو اللي هيخليك مهندس أو ليدر ناجح قدام.. لأن اللي بيشتغل بضمير من غير ما يستنى تسقيفة، هو اللي بيوصل أبعد. 🚀
