ASDA Sustainable Development Association Egyptian Design Hub dedicated to promoting design & developing design related initiatives that benefit youth and society. ASDA’s interests cover:
1.

The word ASDA in Arabic means "to give". ASDA is an Egypt based non-profit non-governmental association established in August 2015. It was created as a platform to develop and nurture sustainable initiatives and projects with a core design element that aim to provide positive returns to youth and society. ASDA adopted three initiatives created by architect Dalia Sadany, ASDA's Founding Chairman:
1

. Future of Young Egyptians Initiative (FYE) concerned with self development.
2. Face of Egypt initiative aimed at creating an Egyptian identity via surroundings.
3. Cairo Design Biennale, Egypt's first biannual event concerned with promoting design. Youth self development
2. Promoting Design + Creativity
3. Developing the Crafts + Creative industries
4. Developing architecture + urban projects
5. Empowering women in the Creative industry
6. Reinstating work ethics and positive values
