ERCC Vocational Training Graduation Ceremony
Today, the Eritrean Refugee Cultural Center (ERCC) proudly celebrated the successful completion of a three-month intensive vocational training program. The training covered a variety of practical skills, including:
* Cooling and Air Conditioning (AC)
* Electrical Circuit Maintenance
* Wall Painting
* Basic Engine Mechanics
* Nail Art and Make-up Artistry
A total of 52 male and female students successfully completed the program and graduated today.
ERCC extends its heartfelt congratulations to all graduates for their dedication, hard work, and commitment throughout the training period. We are proud of your achievements and confident that the skills you have gained will help you improve your livelihoods, create new opportunities, and contribute positively to your communities.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to all the trainers and instructors for their outstanding efforts, professionalism, and valuable contributions. Their commitment played a vital role in the success of this program.
We wish all graduates the very best in their future endeavors and encourage them to continue developing their skills and applying their knowledge in the workplace and daily life.

قصة نجاح من دورة صناعة الشنط اليدوية بالخرز
نفخر في مركز الثقافي الإريترية (ERCC) بأن دورة صناعة الشنط اليدوية بالخرز لم تقتصر على فئة عمرية معينة، بل جمعت بين الأجيال وأثبتت أن التعلم لا يرتبط بالعمر.
من بين الخريجين كان هناك طفل يبلغ من العمر 9 سنوات أظهر شغفًا كبيرًا وإبداعًا مميزًا خلال التدريب. استطاع تعلم أساسيات تصميم وصناعة الشنط بالخرز، وأكمل عدة نماذج جميلة بنفسه، مما عزز ثقته بنفسه ونمّى مهاراته الفنية والإبداعية في سن مبكرة.
كما تخرجت من الدورة سيدة تبلغ من العمر 70 عامًا، وكانت مثالًا للإصرار والتعلم المستمر. رغم التحديات المرتبطة بالعمر، وأثبتت على حضور التدريب واكتسبت مهارات جديدة في صناعة الشنط اليدوية، وتمكنت من إنتاج أعمال مميزة نالت إعجاب الجميع.
تؤكد هذه القصص أن الفرص التعليمية والتدريبية يمكن أن تُحدث أثرًا إيجابيًا في حياة الأشخاص من مختلف الأعمار، وأن الإرادة والرغبة في التعلم هما مفتاح النجاح. وقد ساهمت الدورة في تطوير مهارات المشاركين وفتحت أمامهم فرصًا للإبداع وتحقيق دخل من خلال المنتجات اليدوية.

بكل فخر واعتزاز، نهنّئ خرّيجي الدفعة الأولى من برنامج التدريب المهني **“طريق إلى الغد”**، الذي أطلقه مركز اللاجئين الإريتريين الثقافي، المنظمة التي يقودها لاجئون منذ تأسيسها عام 2019 لخدمة مجتمع اللاجئين وتمكينه.

شارك أكثر من 73 شابًا وشابة في تدريبات مهنية متنوّعة، شملت:

💅 **فن العناية بالأظافر**

وقد اكتسب المشاركون مهارات عملية تعزّز الاعتماد على الذات وتفتح آفاقًا جديدة للعمل والاستقرار، وأظهروا التزامًا وجهدًا كبيرين تُوّجا بإنجازات ملموسة نفخر بها جميعًا.
