تدريب عملي على تمارين العلاج السردي مع الأطفال والمراهقين ✨

تدريب يهدف إلى التعرف على مجموعة من التمارين والأنشطة المختلفة التي تساعد الأطفال والمراهقين في التعبير عن مشاعرهم والتعامل مع التحديات النفسية والسلوكية بطريقة آمنة وداعمة. 🤍

خلال التدريب سنتناول:
🔹 تمارين تساعد الأطفال في التعامل مع الفقد والصدمات النفسية
🔹 أنشطة داعمة للتعامل مع الإساءة والتجارب المؤلمة
🔹 تطبيقات عملية للتعامل مع المشكلات السلوكية والنوعية مثل:
الكذب – السرقة – العنف والعدوان
🔹 أدوات وأنشطة يمكن استخدامها داخل الجلسات الفردية والجماعية

الفئة المستهدفة:
الأخصائيون النفسيون – العاملون مع الأطفال والمراهقين – المشيرين – المهتمون بالدعم النفسي للاطفال Al Mokattam

Hands-On Training in Narrative Therapy Exercises with Children and Adolescents ✨

This training aims to introduce a range of exercises and activities that help children and adolescents express their feelings and cope with psychological and behavioral challenges in a safe and supportive environment. 🤍

During the training, we will cover:
🔹 Exercises to help children cope with loss and psychological trauma
🔹 Supportive activities for dealing with abuse and traumatic experiences
🔹 Practical applications for addressing behavioral and specific issues such as:
Lying – Stealing – Violence and aggression
🔹 Tools and activities that can be used in individual and group sessions

Target Audience:
Psychologists – Professionals working with children and adolescents – Counselors – Those interested in psychological support for children Al Mokattam

أطلقت مؤسسة "الفلك" مشروع "مسيرة الشفاء" بدعم من السفارة الفرنسية في مصر، بتاريخ ٣ مايو ٢٠٢٦م.
المشروع بيقدم دعم متكامل (نفسي، طبي، وقانوني ومعيشي) للناجيات من العنف بأنواعه، مع توفير "مساحة آمنة" لتقديم الخدمات من خلالها و تفعيل الدمج المشترك الأمن.

On May 3, 2026, The ARK Foundation launched the “Journey to Recovery” project with support from the French Embassy in Egypt.
The project provides comprehensive support (psychological, medical, legal, and livelihood) to survivors of all forms of violence, while providing a “safe space” through which to deliver services and promote social integration.

مش كل الحكايات شبه بعض.
مش كل طفل عرف يعني إيه “حضن أم”،
ومش كل بنت لقت الأمان اللي تستحقه.
في أطفال اتولدوا واتحرموا…
وفي بنات عاشت وجع كان المفروض ما تعيشوش من الأساس.
ورغم ده كله—لسه في أمل.
لأن في ناس بتختار تكون السند،
وتدي حب حقيقي… من غير شروط.
لكل أم كانت فعلًا أمان ورحمة… شكرًا 🤍
ولكل طفل لسه مستني الأمان—إحنا هنا علشانه.
دورنا مش بس نرعى،
دورنا نداوي، نسمع، ونحاول نرجّع الإحساس اللي اتسلب.
كل طفل يستحق حب…
وكل قلب مكسور يستحق فرصة جديدة ❤️
