Whether you can’t quit smoking or you did and relapsed, whether you've tried or not, we know it’s hard and that’s why ‘’28’’ is up for the rescue.

am specifically set up to provide smokers willing to quit all the help they need to stay on track. If you can make it through our 28-day journey, CONGRATULATIONS, now you’re five times more likely to quit smoking for good. Unlike most of the anti-smoking campaigns, the time limit of our program provides a short-term achievable target. We know there’s no magic pill, but we are counting on your very own will.

* Participants will be divided into small groups. Each group will be assigned to a leader - most probably an ex-smoker or a medical student - who’ll always be there to follow up with you around the clock and support you through out the 28 days.

* The program includes regular beneficial meetups in which you’ll get to know fellow smokers of the same age, share experiences together and help out one another towards your smoke-free life. It wouldn't harm to make a friend or two through out the process, would it?
