The IEEE WIE Egypt Section proudly announces the New Initiative Program “WiEShe++”

👩🏻‍🦰👧🏻This initiative program aims to inspire, engage, and empower girls and young women to explore, pursue, and succeed in STEM careers, including special needs. “fostering inclusive environments, offering mentorship, outreach and providing hands-on experience”
“uniting to support each other and inspire next generation”
✨inspiring to embrace excellence.

💫This initiative program aims to transform lives by support education, training, and support opportunities that enable beneficiaries to lead dignified.

🚀 IEEE Egypt WiESHE++ Program objectives:

🎊Empowerment: Providing comprehensive care—emotional, physical, live coaching and educational—to unlock the potential of orphans and those with disabilities.
🎊Social Inclusion & Diversity: Promoting integration into society, fostering active participation in social and activities, entrepreneurship, enhancing self-confidence and women visibility.
🎊Skill Development and Training: Offering training, educational opportunities and unlock up-skills capacity building to prepare youth for the workforce, advancing inclusion.

Would like to greatly thank EUI WIE SB for launching the first activity of WiESHE++ initiative.
We invite all Egypt SB and Affinity Groups to join and contribute to the WiESHE++ Program.

This session was a continuous achievement of the WIE Youth-Inspiring Program for driving creativity and innovation.

A fast-paced brainstorming inspiring session by WIE and YP leaders where youth and students generate innovative solutions for solving challenges. Creatives, talented, and product developers looking to spark new ideas.
🎉The session showed amazing interaction and communication with youth👩🧓Inspire youth and young professionals to showcase innovative ideas and projects that have positive impact on community.🌍 Fostering diversity and equity.

In cooperation with Sys Council Egypt Chapter, the IDEATHON integrated many activities regarding aspects of multiple disciplines, promoting awareness, creativity, capacity building and innovation.

💫It was really incredible session highlighting many pillars addressing Early-career leadership journeys and lessons learned, Encouraging and retaining women in engineering, the role of mentorship, visibility, and allyship. Fostering Diversity as a driver of innovation and better decisions and how IEEE supports young professionals and women leaders.

🎊Through shared experiences and data-driven discussions, we explored many initiatives, programs and activities that WIE in cooperation with all IEEE OUs can contribute to their communities.

The Session highlighted how gender and diversity can improve innovation and shading light on practical actions that encourage inclusive leadership.
Highlights the value of IEEE membership— Shed lights on how IEEE WIE supports Women, young girls, mothers, and promoting the role of women leadership and professional growth, exploring long-term career opportunities.
The WIE Session in cooperation with Young Professionals demonstrated the passion, career development opportunities and reinforcing the importance of investing in their development and engagement.
