Shaza Mohamed is a software engineer who doesn’t believe in choosing between creativity and code. From robotics challenges like the iCool Competition to art projects at the Egyptian Opera House — she’s done it all. Now, as Head of Sales at TEDxDokki Youth and a proud W2W Egypt alumna, she’s using her voice (and skills!) to build a community that uplifts and empowers.

Mariam Fayez started her journey at W2W Egypt, a space that didn’t just open doors — it opened her. It taught her to believe in her words, her voice, and her vision. Today, she’s the Head of Content Writing at TEDxDokki Youth, shaping stories and messages that spark thought, change, and inspiration.

From W2W to TEDx — this is what happens when girls are trusted to lead, speak, and shine.

Leen Saleh came back from a life-changing exchange year in the U.S. through the YES Program with a whole new perspective on the world—and herself. That journey helped her discover her voice and values. Joining W2W Egypt felt like the next right step: a space where she felt safe, seen, and truly supported.
Now, she’s part of the TEDxDokki Youth PR team, turning her passion for meaningful impact into real action.
Mawada is just 15, but already full of drive. A self-proclaimed software girl, W2W Egypt helped her believe in her power to create change.
Today, she’s helping organize TEDxDokki Youth to inspire more youth just like her, with big dreams and bold hearts.

Meet Jana Sherif & Jana Sayed, two 17-year-olds who found their voice—and each other—through W2W Egypt.

Jana Sherif is the Vice Head of Media at the upcoming TEDxDokki Youth. Her journey with W2W Egypt 2025 connected her with a community of girls just like her—driven, creative, and ready to make change. Now, she's part of a team launching their first TEDx event, turning ideas into action.

Jana Sayed, the Host of TEDxDokki Youth, knows how tough leadership can be. It takes confidence, communication, and courage—and she’s growing all three. For her, W2W was a sign from God, opening doors and teaching her how to take control with purpose and positivity.

And as Jana says: "If it’s not now, it means it’s soon."

This is what happens when girls are empowered to lead, speak up, and believe in their journey—even if it’s just beginning.

Some stories are whispered. Others are never told. But all deserve to be heard.
That’s why Unspoken exists — a safe, anonymous space for girls to share what they’ve been through without shame or judgment.

Born from silence and built on empathy, Unspoken offers real stories, a healing podcast, and mental health content grounded in psychology. It's not just a platform—it’s a soft place to land.

Behind Unspoken are two incredible young women:
Jana Ahmed – a neuroscience researcher and mental health advocate whose work on brain trauma shapes Unspoken’s voice. As podcast host, she blends science with storytelling to help girls feel seen—even in anonymity.
Safeya Mohamed – a psychology researcher passionate about emotional stigma and invisible pain. At Unspoken, she leads outreach and creates content that fosters connection, safety, and healing.

Whether your voice is loud or quiet—you deserve to be heard. And at Unspoken, you will be.

Meet Habiba & Hanan — two powerful voices shaping the future, one opportunity at a time.
At just 16, Habiba Sameh is already mentoring Girls at Harvard, part of ScholarX, and helping organize TEDxDokki Youth — turning passion into purpose.
Meanwhile, Hanan Osama, Vice Head of Video Creation at TEDxDokki Youth, is bringing stories to life through creative visuals and meaningful connections.
Both girls found life-changing inspiration at Women2Women Egypt, where they stepped out of their comfort zones, met incredible people, and realized the power of saying yes.
“You don’t have to wait to be ready — just start. The right community will lift you higher.”

It started with a simple conversation… and a shared obsession with how the world really works. 🌍✍️
Zeinab and I (Lojain!) have always been curious about what happens behind the headlines — the policies, the treaties, the conflicts, the peace talks. After we met at the Women2Women Egypt conference, Zeinab brought up the idea of starting something for youth interested in international relations.

When she realized I was just as passionate, everything fell into place. We started talking, dreaming, planning… and that’s how Beyond The Flags came to life.

We’re a youth-led initiative made for high school students who want to explore political science, international relations, or law.
Through simple, consistent content — plus expert crash courses and a supportive community — we help them determine if this path is right for them, how to excel, and how to find their voice in the world.

Because understanding how the world works shouldn't wait until college.
And because young people deserve more than a seat at the table, they deserve to help shape it. 🪑🌐
