كلمة مهمة رئيسة اتحاد الشباب العربي
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اخواتي وإخوتي شباب الوطن العربي
أتوجه إليكم اليوم بكلمة تحمل في مضمونها مسؤولية كبيرة، وتعبّر عن مرحلة جديدة من العمل العربي الشبابي، مرحلة نريد أن يكون عنوانها المؤسسة، والعمل، والشراكة، والإنجاز.
إن رئاسة اتحاد الشباب العربي بالنسبة لي ليست منصباً يُضاف إلى مسيرة الإنسان، وإنما أمانة ومسؤولية وتكليف لخدمة شباب أمتنا العربية، والعمل على أن يكون للشباب حضور حقيقي وفاعل في صناعة المبادرات، وبناء جسور التعاون بين الدول العربية.
وأؤمن أن الشباب العربي لا يحتاج إلى من يتحدث باسمه فقط، بل يحتاج إلى مؤسسة تستمع إليه، وتفتح أمامه أبواب المشاركة، وتدعم أفكاره ومشروعاته، وتربط الطاقات الشبابية العربية ببعضها البعض.
ومن هنا، فإن المرحلة القادمة ستكون قائمة على بناء عمل مؤسسي واضح، وتوسيع قاعدة المشاركة أمام الشباب من مختلف الدول العربية، وتعزيز حضور المرأة والشباب، ودعم المبادرات العلمية والثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وفتح مساحات حقيقية للتعاون وتبادل الخبرات.
كما أؤكد أن اتحاد الشباب العربي سيكون مساحة تجمع ولا تفرّق، وتبني ولا تهدم، وتفتح الأبواب أمام الكفاءات والطاقات العربية، بعيداً عن الشخصنة، وبعيداً عن الإقصاء، وبروح عربية تقوم على الاحترام والتعاون.
وأقول لشباب ليبيا بشكل خاص: إن انتقال مقر الاتحاد إلى ليبيا يمثل مسؤولية وطنية وعربية في آنٍ واحد، وسنعمل على أن تكون ليبيا جسراً للتواصل والعمل المشترك بين شباب الوطن العربي، وأن يكون هذا المقر مفتوحاً لكل الطاقات العربية وفق الأطر المؤسسية والقانونية.
وأقول لكل شاب وشابة في وطننا العربي:
لا تنتظروا المستقبل… كونوا أنتم من يصنعه.
فالمرحلة القادمة ليست مرحلة الشعارات، وإنما مرحلة العمل، والمبادرات، والبرامج، والشراكات، والنتائج التي يشعر بها الشباب على أرض الواقع.
وأتعهد أمامكم بأن أضع خبرتي وطاقتي وكل ما أستطيع في خدمة هذه المؤسسة، وأن يكون معيارنا في المرحلة القادمة هو الكفاءة، والنزاهة، والعمل، والإنجاز.
سنختلف في الأفكار، ولكن يجمعنا الوطن العربي.
وقد تختلف أوطاننا، ولكن يجمعنا الشباب.
وتتعدد طاقاتنا، ولكن هدفنا واحد: بناء جيل عربي قادر على المشاركة وصناعة المستقبل.
وفي الختام، أتقدم بالشكر لكل من منحني ثقته، ولكل من وقف إلى جانب هذه المرحلة الجديدة، وأمد يدي إلى جميع المؤسسات والاتحادات والهيئات الشبابية العربية للعمل معاً من أجل مستقبل أكثر تعاوناً وانفتاحاً أمام شبابنا.
من ليبيا إلى كل الوطن العربي… نمد جسور العمل، ونفتح أبواب المشاركة، ونبدأ مرحلة جديدة عنوانها: الشباب العربي شريك في صناعة المستقبل.
والله ولي التوفيق.

*In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful*
*My sisters and brothers, youth of the Arab world,*
I address you today with words that carry great responsibility, and express a new phase of Arab youth work, a phase we want its title to be institution, work, partnership, and achievement.
For me, the presidency of the Arab Youth Union is not a position added to a person's career, but a trust, a responsibility and an assignment to serve the youth of our Arab nation, and to work so that youth have a real and effective presence in creating initiatives and building bridges of cooperation between Arab countries.
I believe that Arab youth do not need someone to speak on their behalf only, but need an institution that listens to them, opens doors of participation for them, supports their ideas and projects, and connects Arab youth energies with each other.
Hence, the next phase will be based on building clear institutional work, expanding the base of participation for youth from various Arab countries, enhancing the presence of women and youth, supporting scientific, cultural, economic and social initiatives, and opening real spaces for cooperation and exchange of experiences.
I also affirm that the Arab Youth Union will be a space that unites and does not divide, builds and does not demolish, and opens doors to Arab competencies and energies, far from personalization and far from exclusion, with an Arab spirit based on respect and cooperation.
And I say to the youth of Libya in particular: the transfer of the Union's headquarters to Libya represents a national and Arab responsibility at the same time, and we will work to make Libya a bridge for communication and joint work among the youth of the Arab world, and that this headquarters will be open to all Arab energies within institutional and legal frameworks.
And I say to every young man and woman in our Arab world:
*Do not wait for the future... Be the ones who make it.*
The next phase is not a phase of slogans, but a phase of work, initiatives, programs, partnerships, and results that youth feel on the ground.
I pledge before you to put my expertise, my energy and everything I can in service of this institution, and that our standard in the next phase will be competence, integrity, work, and achievement.
We may differ in ideas, but the Arab homeland unites us.
Our countries may differ, but youth unites us.
Our energies are multiple, but our goal is one: building an Arab generation capable of participation and making the future.
Finally, I extend thanks to everyone who gave me their trust, and to everyone who stood by this new phase, and I extend my hand to all Arab youth institutions, federations and bodies to work together for a more cooperative and open future for our youth.
*From Libya to all the Arab world… we extend bridges of work, open doors of participation, and begin a new phase whose title is: Arab youth is a partner in making the future.*
