The consultant will work with Local Social Enterprises to strengthen:

✅ Costing and pricing mechanisms
✅ Capacity building for sustainable supply chain management

📅 Duration: Approx. 5 working days/month for 3 months

Designers, Product Developers and Artisan Trainers
Are you a designer, product developer, or artisan trainer with experience in handicrafts, social enterprises, or creative industries?

As part of the CREARE Project, COSPE is supporting refugee artisan groups working with selected Local Social Enterprises (LSEs) in Egypt. Through an ongoing market analysis and product development process, the project aims to improve the market potential of artisan products by developing new product lines, testing prototypes, and strengthening artisans' technical production skills.

We are seeking qualified professionals who can contribute to one or more of the following areas:
✅ Product Design
✅ Prototype & Product Development
✅ Artisan Training on Production Techniques

The selected experts may support different craft sectors, including basketry, leather goods, printed textiles, beadwork, crochet, embroidery, home décor textiles, and other handcrafted products. Assignments may vary according to the needs of each artisan group and product category.

By completing this form, you will be considered for inclusion in a roster of experts for potential future assignments under the project. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview and/or to participate in a tender process.

Contract Award Announcement
COSPE Egypt is pleased to announce the completion of the evaluation process for Tender No. EQUIPMENT_DONBOSCO_Cospe_Relint/2026/003 for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and equipment for Don Bosco Technical and Vocational Institute in Alexandria under the CREARE Project.
Following the evaluation process, all lots have been awarded to Origin Labs, whose tender was found to be fully compliant with the technical, administrative, and financial requirements set out in the tender dossier.
