COSPE IN EGYPT
COSPE is present in Egypt since 1998 working in the field of
international cooperation and solidarity, promoting intercultural
dialogue and sustainable human, economic, environmental and
social development. COSPE operates through different projects aimed at supporting
vulnerable and unprivileged groups with a special focus on
women’s associations, youth groups and local development

organizations through capacity building, institutional support,
educational programs, vocational training, awareness raising. In Egypt, COSPE is mainly tackling the following priority areas
of intervention:
socio-rural development targeting small-medium agro and
handicraft producers;
empowering civil society and independent media to support
basic essential rights, women’s rights and social dialogue;
fostering youth employment and job creation;
increasing and improving access to justice for women, with
a special emphasis on the most remote and disserved urban
and rural areas;
strengthening the role of culture and cultural diversity as
a vector for inclusive growth, social cohesion and sustainable
human development;
supporting migrants and social inclusion;
building environmental awareness, climate change resilience
and encouraging the use of green and renewable energies.

COSPE Egypt is pleased to announce the completion of the evaluation process for Tender No. EQUIPMENT_DONBOSCO_Cospe_Relint/2026/003 for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and equipment for Don Bosco Technical and Vocational Institute in Alexandria under the CREARE Project.
Following the evaluation process, all lots have been awarded to Origin Labs, whose tender was found to be fully compliant with the technical, administrative, and financial requirements set out in the tender dossier.

We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in communication, migration, refugee issues, community engagement, and awareness-raising initiatives. The selected candidate will play a key role in transforming research findings and migration profiles into impactful communication products, campaigns, and outreach activities.

تسعى مؤسسة COSPE EGYPT إلى اختيار مورد لإبرام عقد لتوريد وتسليم وتركيب واختبار وتشغيل الآلات والمعدات الخاصة بمعامل معهد دون بوسكو للتعليم الفني والتدريب المهني بالإسكندرية – جمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك في إطار مشروع

الممول من وزارة الداخلية الإيطالية ضمن برنامج RELINT.

تنقسم المناقصة إلى(6) مجموعات على النحو التالي:

سيتم إسناد العقد/العقود من خلال مناقصة محلية مفتوحة.
تبلغ الميزانية القصوى المتاحة لهذا العقد مبلغ 8,171,900 جنيه مصري (غير شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة).

COSPE is seeking a supplier with whom to conclude a contract for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of machinery and equipment for the laboratories of Don Bosco Technical and Vocational Institute in Alexandria, Egypt, under the project entitled “CREARE – Competenze e Risorse per l’Educazione tecnica e l’Avviamento al Lavoro di Rifugiati ed Egiziani – CUP F41D24000140008”, financed by the Italian Ministry of Interior (RELINT programme).
The contract is divided in 6 Lots:
- Lot 1: Lighting Systems Components
- Lot 2: Classical Control Systems Components
- Lot 3: IT & Arduino Kit
- Lot 4: CNC Milling Machine
- Lot 5: PLC Kits, including:
o AC Drive + Motor Kit
o Stepper Kit
o Encoder Kit
o HMI Kit
- Lot 6: Smart Home Components
Suppliers may submit a tender for one, several, or all lots.
The contract(s) will be awarded through a local open tender procedure. The maximum budget available for this contract is EGP 8,171,900 (excluding VAT).

COSPE is hiring a Business Coach based in Cairo, providing hands-on coaching and capacity-building support to five Local Social Enterprises (LSEs) within the MADE51 programme, across Cairo and Alexandria.

📍 Location: Cairo (with regular visits to Alexandria)
⏳ Duration: Full-time, 12-month contract (3-month trial period)
📅 Deadline: 08/July/2026

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Strengthening LSEs' market access, sales channels, and business expansion capacities
✔ Coaching LSE teams on managerial, organisational, and internal governance systems
✔ Supporting compliance with Fair Trade principles and certification renewal
✔ Coordinating with project consultancies to ensure integrated, evidence-based support plans
✔ Collaborating with the project designer on new product line development for each LSE
