Alashanek ya Balady- GUC (AYB-GUC) is a franchise under AYB sustained development association. As we believe that the family is the seed of development for any community, hence we follow the “family-based” development approach by which we target poor communities with our different development programs.

Fundraising Committee (FR):
- Find creative ideas to Raise funds for AYB's projects.
- Contact and deal with different sponsors and convince them to be part of our events.
- Hosting sponsors for different events.

Motivation & Assessment Committee (MA):
- Responsible for evaluating AYB's members including the attendance.
- Document each and every step in all events.
- Taking feedback after each event.
- Developing members through trainings and workshops.
- Motivate and integrate members in different committees.
- Increase the spirit by organize outings,meetings,trips,....etc.

Educational Committee:
- Responsible for teaching children and adults different curriculums and giving character building sessions in fun and innovative ways.

- Search for employment opportunities for needing people.
- Responsible for charity cases like financial/medical problems, weddings' preparations, and provide awarence campaign.

- Representing AYB’s vision, mission, and image online.
- Managing AYB’s social media accounts.
- Covering all events on and off campus through photos and videos and posting them on AYB’s accounts.
- Design banners, posters, our package, and all posts.
- Online marketing campaigns.

- Representing AYB’s vision, mission, and image on and off campus.
- Brainstorming for events’ ideas (on and off campus).
- Ushering in on and off campus events.
- Getting the logistics required for each event.
- Responsible for the package with DMD.
- Coordinating any approvals with GUC.
