This new step is part of the strategic rapprochement between PULSE Group and PPI - People Power Inclusion (PULSE Group), two organisations within GROUPE SOS sharing the same ambition: strengthening economic empowerment and contributing to fairer, more resilient and sustainable communities.

Together, PULSE and PPI bring together a team of experts working across regions to support entrepreneurship, access to employment, financing solutions and the development of local ecosystems, through impactful economic and social programmes.

🌍 In this context, we are strengthening our presence in with the recruitment of a Country Coordinator, who will be responsible for leading and developing our activities in Egypt, coordinating teams, building strategic partnerships and supporting the implementation of high-impact projects.

#مشاركة | ⚪ 3 ورش عمل. 18 منظمة مجتمع مدني.

اجتمعت هذه المنظمات حول هدف مشترك وهو تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية والتعاون والقدرة على التكيف.

في إطار مشروع #مشاركة في مصر، شاركت 18 منظمة من منظمات المجتمع المدني، التي كانت تتلقي الدعم خلال الثلاث سنوات الماضية، في ثلاث ورش عمل متكاملة، بهدف:

1️⃣🤝 بناء شبكات العلاقات وتعزيز الشراكات الاستراتيجية.

2️⃣💡 تحويل الخبرات الميدانية إلى معرفة وتبادل الدروس المستفادة والخبرات.

3️⃣🌱 تعزيز المرونة والاستدامة المؤسسية والقابلية للتوسع والنمو.

لم تقتصر هذه الورش على الأدوات والمنهجيات فحسب، بل وفرت مساحة للحوار بين المنظمات التي تواجه تحديات متشابهة، مما ساهم في تعزيز التعلم المتبادل، وتبادل الممارسات الجيدة، وبناء فرص جديدة للتعاون.

✅ فعندما تصبح المنظمات أكثر قوة وترابط واستقلالية، تصبح المبادرات التي تقودها أكثر استدامة وأعمق أثرًا.

United by a shared ambition: strengthening organizational capacities, collaboration, and resilience.

As part of in , three complementary workshops brought together the 18 CSOs, which have been supported over the past 3 years, to:

1️⃣🤝 Network and build strategic partnerships.

2️⃣💡 Transform field experience into collective learning and sharing knowledge,

3️⃣🌱 Strengthen organizational resilience and sustainability while preparing for scaling,

Beyond the tools and methodologies, these workshops created a valuable space for dialogue between organizations facing similar challenges, fostering peer learning, the exchange of good practices, and the development of new collaborations.

✅ When organizations become stronger, better connected, and more autonomous, the initiatives they lead become more sustainable and far-reaching.

A huge thank you to all the participants, consultants, and guest speakers who made these workshops a true space for reflection, collaboration, and action 🚀.

📢💼 PPI is recruiting an External Evaluation Expert for the final evaluation of the Project in

As part of the the European Union-funded project (Mosharka), we are launching a call for applications to recruit an External Evaluation Expert (individual consultant or consulting firm) to conduct the project's final evaluation.

🎯 This evaluation will assess the project's contribution to strengthening Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) as governance and development actors in Egypt, while identifying key lessons learned and recommendations for future programming.

📍 Areas of intervention: Beni Suef, Fayoum, Luxor and Aswan (Egypt)
⏳ Duration: 2.5 months

🟡| ثلاث سنوات من العمل، مئات من الشباب تم دعمهم، والتزام نحو مستقبل أكثر شمولًا واستدامة

…اكتشفوا رحلة مشروع دعم توظيف الشباب وريادة الأعمالفي مصر من خلال هذا الفيديو 🎥

أُطلق هذا الفيديو بمناسبة الحفل الختامي للمشروع الذي عُقد في فبراير الماضي، ويستعرض مسار تنفيذ المشروع وأبرز نتائجه.

نُفّذ المشروع من قبل PPI بالشراكة مع EACDالجمعية المصرية للتنمية الشاملة في القاهرة وجمعية سيدات الاعمال في أسيوط ABWA، وبدعم من الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية (AAFD - Agence Française de Développement والاتحاد من أجل المتوسط UUnion for the Mediterranean وقد هدف المشروع إلى تعزيز الإدماج الاقتصادي للشباب في مصر من خلال تحسين فرص الوصول إلى التوظيف والتدريب المهني ودعم ريادة الأعمال، مع تعزيز مبادئ المساواة والممارسات المستدامة في سوق العمل.

ثلاث سنوات من الالتزام والعمل المشترك أثمرت عن نتائج ملموسة، بفضل جهود وتفاني جميع القائمين بالعمل على المشروع. 👏

Released on the occasion of the project’s closing ceremony held last February, this video highlights the project’s implementation and impact.

Implemented by PPI in partnership with EEACD Egyptin Cairo and ABWA (جمعية سيدات الأعمال بأسيوط Abwa) in Assiut, with the support of the AAFD - Agence Française de Développementnd UUnion for the Mediterranean YEEB aimed to strengthen the economic inclusion of Egyptian youth by improving access to employability, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support, while promoting equality and sustainable practices in the labor market.

Three years of commitment, delivering results made possible by the dedication of all teams. 👏

مشروع مشاركة | ⚪ حملة "صناع التغيير" الرقمية: استخدام التواصل كأداة استراتيجية لإبراز وتعزيز أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني.

في إطار مشروع ** #مشاركة**، أطلقت 20 من منظمات المجتمع المدني الشريكة في المشروع خلال شهر فبراير 2026 حملاتها الرقمية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تحت اسم "صناع التغيير" 📲

تُعد هذه المنشورات نتيجة مباشرة للدعم الفني الذي حصل عليها المنظمات الشريكة لبناء القدرات في مجال التواصل. ويهدف ذلك إلى مساعدة منظمات المجتمع المدني على عرض مبادراتها بشكل أفضل، ورفع الوعي داخل مجتمعاتها، وتعزيز مجهوداتها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

تسلط المنظمات من خلال هذه المنشورات الضوء على أنشطتها في مواضيع محورية مثل الاقتصاد الأخضر والتحول الرقمي وريادة الأعمال وتيسير حصول المرأة والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة على الخدمات.

توضح هذه الحملات بوضوح كيف يمكن لتعزيز مهارات التواصل أن يزيد من تأثير المبادرات المحلية ومدى وصولها.

🟡📸 شبابنا روّاد الأعمال يحوّلوا أفكارهم اليوم لفرص اقتصادية حقيقية!

في أسيوط – مصر، افتتح بازار "كيان" أبوابه، موفّرًا للشباب المدعومين من مشروع YEEB مساحة حقيقية ومستدامة لعرض وبيع منتجاتهم مباشرة للجمهور.

تم تنظيم البازار من قبل جمعية سيدات أعمال أسيوط (ABWA)، وتحت رعاية محافظ أسيوط، ليتيح للشباب مساحة آمنة وواعدة اقتصاديًا للوصول لشرائح جديدة من العملاء وتحقيق استدامة مشاريعهم.

👉 تمثل هذه المبادرة خطوة ملموسة لدعم الأنشطة المدرة للدخل وتقوية الاقتصاد المحلي، كما تؤكد نجاح مشروع YEEB في خلق فرص اقتصادية مستدامة تعود بالنفع على الشباب وعائلاتهم ومجتمعاتهم.

🟡📸 A sales space turning projects into economic realities: discover in images the opening of the “Kayan” bazaar! 🛍️

In , in Assiut, the “Kayan” bazaar has opened its doors, offering young entrepreneurs supported by the YEEB project a concrete and sustainable space to sell their products.

Organized by the Assiut Business Women Association (ABWA), the project’s partner, Under the auspices of the Governor of Assiut, the bazaar is hosted in government-provided spaces, ensuring long-term accessibility and sustainability for young entrepreneurs. This enables direct sales while fostering connections with new customers.

👉 This initiative supports the development of income-generating activities and contributes to strengthening the local economy, providing tangible evidence of the YEEB project’s success in creating sustainable economic opportunities that benefit young people, their families, and their communities.

🤝 YEEB is implemented in partnership with the Assiut Business Women Association ABWA and the Egyptian Association for Comprehensive Development (EACD Egypt), supported by the Union for the Mediterranean and the French Development Institute (AFD - Agence Française de Développement).
