Lebaladna is a development and charity foundation works as the Social Responsibility arm of MSA University, formulating an educational social responsibility model. Its objective is to decrease community needs' gaps through creating repeatable effective youth volunteer models within educational contexts that is able to implement various scales of sustainable development goals. The foundation goes f
or this objective through:
- Life sectors sustainable development projects: as Health, Education, Shelter and Micro-finance, that cover all aspects of unprivileged segments' challenges.
- CBL Programs: extracting practical social responsibility of educational entities making it community oriented as School juniors program, and University community based learning program, where it utilize entities capabilities (staff, students, facilities, curricula, topics' projects, graduation projects) to be reflected and used directly in community development.
- Charity events and campaigns: An incubator that explores more spaces and aspects of community service as brides wedding, clothes exhibition, blankets campaign, homeless care…etc. and start transforming it into the scale of projects.
- Peak Seasons: Periods that could achieve huge impact through limited time in a specific location or field, such as Ramadan daily thousands of food meals and packs, and Winter Camp that reach a quarter impact within one week in a specific village.
- Supporting Functions: fulfilling the needs assessment, membership body & projects capacity building and community outreach. Through Research, Human Resources, External Relations and Supply Chain teams.
