Road to lead is a non profitable community service team in
Maadi club which provides tailored development programs for adolescents(Age:14-16). These programs are highly designed to develop various skills,concepts & attitudes through extensive skills development sessions applications & social activites. Continuity-Based Program
The RTL program particularly works on the future participation of the s
tudents in the team through a 3-phase program:
Phase one:"Developing Interpersonal skills" Course based (Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Goal setting, Time management, Creative thinking, Critical thinking & Problem solving skills bringing about more involved youth in the society
Phase two:"Follow up Strategy" frequent follow ups will be done by our team Builders* during the summer vacation and the school days as well in order to know how far the student is responding to the program. Phase three: "Be Part of our Team" selection process Final assessment will be made to the student upon reaching the subsequent season. The most developed students will be selected to participate in the team.
*Special team members having experience in monitoring and examining teenager's attitudes
