Job Announcement
Al Yasser Charity announces a vacancy for the position of Administrative Manager, for full time employment.
Job Requirements:
• A recognized university degree.
• Proven experience in general administration.
• Previous experience working with non governmental organizations or civil society associations.
• Ability to manage warehouses, inventory, and custodial records.
• Full knowledge of the administrative and regulatory affairs of civil society organizations.
• Commitment to working in accordance with the Egyptian Law Regulating the Practice of Civil Work No. 149 of 2019 and its executive regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to follow up and make decisions.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supervising the daily administrative operations of the association.
• Organizing and maintaining records, warehouses, and assets.
• Ensuring administrative and legal compliance of the association.
• Coordinating with the Board of Directors and relevant authorities.
• Implementing approved policies and procedures in accordance with the law.
